Rei.

Damn it! I can't believe I lashed out over a fucking practice match. It's just a game. That's what I've been saying for a year now, it's just a game, nothing special. But is that even real at this point? Maybe I should just stop playing, the team is already good enough with the current members and shit.

"Man, I'm quitting this shit." slipping my hands in my pocket to only remember I left my phone and pack of ciggs in the gym. I don't want to go back and basically ruin the mood even more, those bastards were basically shit talking about me and I have no energy to deal with them.

I sat down on the ground while leaning against the wall with my eyes closed.

Inhale.

I did this for a few more times and could feel my heartbeat calming down. It's a while since I've did this breathing exercise and I thought I was handling them better than I had before. Maybe it was because the amount of practices we had before coming here plus the exams, the therapist did said stress can trigger it but luckily it wasn't too bad to the point I actually 'blackout' in anger.

I was diagnosed with IED or Intermittent Explosive Disorder. My parents noticed my outbursts were unusual for an 8 year old and sent me to child therapist, then I was given a piece of paper with ten different faces on them. The first one had a rather calm or placid expression while the last one was red, a livid expression even a flame on it. It was supposed to be a homework for me to do but instead of filling it up like any other kid instead I just ripped it pieces.

"I ripped it."

The 8 year old me explained to the therapist who seemed rather calm as she nodded at my answer. I still remember my mother had a worried expression on her face when she found out I ripped it the night before.
