Detective mill came down stairs and looked at Lucifer. "Was someone here?"
"Oh just my sister she came for the knife..she's gone now though don't worry."
"Oh she left so soon.." detective mill said. "Would've loved to meet her.."
"Yeah humans never really see her a lot..that's just how it is..she's always..home..cassiel never really leaves."
"Oh that's a bummer..but It's okay i get it I use to really like staying home a lot before my job at the precinct." Detective mill said smiling remembering her older days.
"I am the same but I like it here on earth..it's very special to me now."
"Oh why's that?" Detective mill asked.
"Because of someone.."
"Wow..I see." Detective mill said.
Lucifer was really starting to like detective mill, in fact while at the job and being around her, it was nice..she really was going to miss her.
Lucifer had decided she'd stay a little longer though, why not?
" I thought I'd stay here for awhile..continue to work cases with you..and extend my visit..besides it's not like I can actually go back to heaven and give the knife, the knife originally belongs up there with the angels, my brothers and sisters..and all my other family, and as you know I was banished so i have to give my sister back the knife..she'll take it to heaven."
"Oh..why would you stay here though? Isn't it better to go back to your world?"
"I like it here...because well..I've met someone that I like..I think it's just too soon to leave..I've got some unfinished business..and I need to finish what I've started." Lucifer told her.
"who..do you like?" Mill said looking at her curiously. "Oh gosh..I'm sorry that's really none of my business I shouldn't have asked.."
"No it's okay.." Lucifer told her.
"I...like you.." Lucifer continued.
"Wait me..?"
"Yeah is it a surprise..?"
"Yeah.."
"Well it's the truth.."
"Wow..well to be honest..I don't know how I feel about you..but I've been starting to like you too recently."
"I'd hope that my devilish charms would work.."
Detective mill got up and walked closer to Lucifer kissing her deeply.
Lucifer kissed her back.
