When Lucifer was back she had wiped the detectives memories and watched her from afar, to make sure she was safe.
This happened for years until the detective would get older.
Even until the detective was gray.
Lucifer visited her by her bed side, "I might not ever get to be with you, down here or up there but, I'll always love you. I'm sorry we weren't meant for each other, but i will always remember you..we only ever had one date and that went horribly wrong..but..at least I have these memories with you."
Josie slightly opened up her eyes hearing every single world. "Who are you?" She asked.
For some reason Josie felt this pain in her heart, from hearing the words of this stranger. "I am nobody but..it's finally time for you to rest now..you're soul will be collected by the angels now, I have to go." Lucifer said disappearing from her bed side.
The angels came.
"Hello ms miller we are here for you."
"Who are you people?"
"We came to take you to heaven."
"I'm dead??"
"Yeah..you passed it's..june 12, 2028.."
"Oh I understand.."
The angels took her soul up to heaven, where she was seated with other angels who were also freshly passed that day.
"Isn't it so exciting? I can't believe I finally made it here.."
"Me too."
Josie saw others being friendly and talking with each other and felt a bit alone, she still felt that pain deep within her heart..though she didn't understand why.

"I got to say goodbye I guess that's all that matters." Lucifer told lez.
"You did, ..she couldn't even find happiness or love, because of the curse and now she'll finally live a better life in heaven than she did on earth, you should be happy for her."
"I'm trying to be..even though I couldn't love her, I know she'll be loved in heaven by everyone there and that's all that matters."
"Right enough of this sappy talk, let's go torture some souls yeah??" Lez said smirking.
"Just like old times." Lucifer said walking into another door inside of hell, with Lez.
