I closed my eyes. I waited for his palm to reach my cheeks but it didn't. Pagmulat ng mata ko, I saw Falco na sinalag ang kamay ng amain n'ya.

"You dare-"

"Tito William!"

Napalingon kaming lahat sa may door. Biglang binaba ng amain nila ang kamay nito, sinamaan n'ya muna kaming tatlo ng tingin bago hinarap ang kanyang bisita.

"Oh Trina!"

"I brought you something, I heard from Falco you're already home!" She said at humalik sa pisngi nito. Napalingon ako kay Falco when he started checking me and Frett, kung nasaktan ba kami.

"We're fine," I said.

"A lunch meeting? Tomorrow? Oh sure, you could've just texted my assistant Trina," he said matapos sabihin ni Trina sakanya ang pakay n'ya.

"I just heard from Dad since pauwi na kami Tito, I decided to come with Falco na to personally invite you, and aside from that I'd like to talk to you and offer something about the school Tito," she said.

"Sure sure, I'll just ask our cook-"

"It's a confidential matter Tito. Besides I'd like to try the newly opened fancy restaurant nearby, would you mind joining me?" She asks him. Nilingon n'ya muna kami bago sumagot sa tanong ni Trina.

"Of course ija, just let me get change. Wait me here ok?" Bilin nito at umakyat. Agad kaming nilingon ni Trina. Umiling s'ya kay Falco. Pagbalik sa baba ng amain nila, pinanlisikan n'ya muna kami ng tingin bago tuluyang umalis kasama si Trina.

"You should've not helped her. It's her fault, not Frett's," komento ni Fabio. Animo'y tatawagin s'ya ni Falco pero pinigilan ko ito.

"He's right, kasalanan ko naman. Frett just tried to protect me," I said. Nilingon ni Falco si Frett at saka lumuhod.

"Good job, but don't do it again ok?" Bilin n'ya dito habang pinupunasan ang pisngi nito na may dumi.

Naglalaro kasi sila ni Frett sa labas kanina pag uwi nila galing school, they thought he's still asleep. I was afraid they'll get caught so I purposely made mistake nung palabas s'ya. I accidentally spilled the tea he told me to bring him sa garden.

Then, he started yelling at me. Wala namang magawa sila Manang and then Frett saw it, he ran to me hugging me. Then, that's it. He's about to slap me.

Falco slowly turned to me, giving me a warm smile.

"I will," he said and paused saka lumingon ulit sa kapatid n'ya. Naramdaman ko ang malakas na kabog ng dibdib ko. I don't know if it's because I was afraid or because of what he said.
