Chapter 16

CHRISTINA'S POV:

It's been a week since Mom, Dad and Ryan kidnapped Lisa, Lauren and I. They changed the building though so the police won't find us. Mom and Dad don't do a thing to us but Ryan is hurting Lauren really bad. Lisa and I are just in the room the whole day doing nothing but cleaning Lauren's wounds Ryan makes. Mom and Dad come sometimes to give us food.

Lisa and I were just sitting on a couch that was in the room, The room isn't that big it's just a bed, couch, table and that's it. The door opened and Ryan came inside with Lauren in his arms, He throw her on the ground and we run to her side. She was beat up worse than before. We looked at Ryan and stood up.

Listen I'm done with you guys, it's no fun anymore and your parents are complaining the whole time so here you have a phone- He said giving me a phone. We looked confused

But ofcourse I'm not leaving without doing this- He added grabbing his gun pushing us away and walking to Lauren, We run to him but he already shot Lauren twice in the chest, once in the stomach and once in her arm. Lisa run to Lauren and cried our eyes out. Ryan run out and I called the ambulance and police

CHRISTINA SHE ISN'T BREATHING!- Lisa screamed, Then a lot of police men run in and took Lauren, Lisa and us. They brought us to the hospital, They put Lauren in surgery and Lisa and I in the waiting room, They gave us food and something to drink and told us they called our family and that they are on their way. We didn't eat or drink, we were just crying in each others arms.

CHRISTINA, LISA!- We heard Mike scream. Everyone run towards us and hugged us tight

Where is Lauren?- Alex asked worried

She is in surgery- Lisa said crying in Kathrine's arms.

shhhh, it's OK you are safe now- Kathrine said trying to calm Lisa down

Kath she wasn't breahting- Lisa said between snobs. Then the doctor walked in and we all stood up. He looked sad.

How is she?- Amy asked scared.

I'm sorry but she didn't make it- The doctor said, All of the girls and the little boys cried their eyes out while Mike and Alex tried to hold back their tears.

DOCTOR! DOCTOR SHE IS ALIVE!- A nurse screamed, we stopped crying and the doctor run away. A nurse walked in

What's happening?- I asked worried and confused.

Well Normally when a heart stopt beating for more then 6 seconds the person is death but Lauren's heart stopped for 10 seconds but it start beating again, then when she was here her heart stopped for 6 seconds twice but the third time it didn't beat anymore, when the doctor left her heart stopped for 12 seconds and it start beating again- The nurse explained.

So....- Alex said

She is alive- The nurse said smiling, we all screamed happely. The doctor came back looking happy but also shocked.

You must be proud of her- The doctor said

we are- I said smiling

She is awake and asked for you- The doctor said, we followed him to a room where Lauren was laying in a bed looking totally fine for someone who died tree times.

LAUREN!- Joey run to her and jumped on her, Lauren groaned in pain but still smiled at him, Mike picked him up fast

Joey don't jump on her- Mike said a bit mad, Joey looked down. Lauren looked at him and then at Mike

Ow come on Mike no need to be mad at him, come here Joe- Lauren said, Joey looked at her and when he saw her smiling he run to her smiled. They hugged each other and when they let go Lauren start to sit up.

Lauren sweety please lay down- A nurse told her

But I'm fine really- Lauren said

Lauren please lay down- I said, She didn't listen and her heart monitor start to beep like crazy. A doctor run in and put a mask on Lauren's mouth and noise and in like 5 seconds Lauren blacked out.

What happened?- Dani asked confused

Lauren doesn't want to be here, she wants to be somewhere safe, a place she hasn't been for a long time- The doctor explained and we nodded sad.

When can she come home?- Nick asked

Well When she wakes up actually, it really impressing how she is stable while she died three times a few minutes ago- The doctor told us

We will give her a few pills she needs to take and she needs to rest a lot, she also isn't allowed to walk and please don't stress her- The doctor said

Wait what happened to our parents?- Kathrine asked us

Well they were going to a police station but they had an accident and they didn't make it, I'm sorry for your lost- The doctor told us

We aren't that sad after what they did to us- I said and he nodded in understanding. After he left I looked at Lauren and walked towards her. I grabbed her hand and hold it tight, tears began to fall from my eyes

We are finally safe Lauren- I said, she slowly start to wake up. She looked at me, Kathrine and Lisa since Lisa and Kathrine were standing next to me.

Hi- Lauren said and we smiled

Hi- We all said

How are you?- Mike asked her

I'm fine, how about you?- Lauren asked him, he smiled

Now you are fine I'm too- He said, the doctor walked in smiling

I see Lauren is awake, well you can leave now if you want, but first the oldest of you has to sign her papers- The doctor said

I'll- Mike said and followed the doctor.

Lauren stood up but Lisa stopped her

You aren't allowed to walked or do something yourself so Christina and I are going to help you- Lisa said and she nodded. She picked Lauren up and we walked to the bathroom. Lisa took of her shirt and we saw there were a lot of wounds on her stomach, Lauren smiled

I guess I have something that reminds me of Mom and Dad- Lauren said smiling but still sad. We didn't say anything. I put a new shirt of her and we put her some leggings. Lisa put on her shoes and I did her hair in a ponytail. When we were done I picked her up and we walked to the van with the others.

So Lauren the doctor told me that you also lost a lot of weight and that you are a few pounds underweight so you needs to eat a lot, so where do you want to eat?- Mike said

What about subway?- Lauren asked and he nodded and with that we ate at subway and watched a lot of movies. It bothered Lauren that she couldn't do anything herself of even walk but she will heal and be able to live a normal live again. Well I hope so, but what is our normal life? Being abused by Ryan and our parents or when Lauren was doing great at school?
