Chapter 9|Kelly

The following day as Anisa entered the school, the first person she met was Alamin. It's text week so she came to school early and not to forget that she couldn't go back to sleep after having a bad dream and praying subhi.

"Today is really going to be bad because the first person I saw isn't really the best you know" she said to him with a smirk

"Oh please, where did you get the idea that I cared? Huh?" He asked

"Whatever just feel free to choke on that" she pointed at the coffee he's holding

"You wouldn't like that baby girl after all I came early to school just for you" He winked at her then took off.

"Instead of 'have a nice day,' I think I'll start saying, 'have the day you deserve.' You know, let karma sort things out" she yelled after him. He's definitely planning something, the problem is she can't figure out what it is.

She silently headed to the assembly and after that she headed to the class. It's recess and as it is she have to eat and to do that she have to go to the cafeteria to do that.

"Hey kelly" someone yelled after her. She have noticed the way everybody keep laughing at her but she ignored it thinking it's about what happened between her and Ahmad.

"You don't have what it takes to be kelly" another stranger said as he passed her. She don't know what this is all about but she kept walking.

"You're as shapeless as an amoeba so quit thinking you're Kelly" if not the guy that sits next to her then who.

"Woah you sure are Kelly but with that ass I'm scared not" the guy who is always by the gate staying shit to her said. Anisa invited them and kept walking, she didn't say she's Kelly so why on earth are they on her matter about this shameless TikToker Kelly.

"Kelly" this time around it was a girl. Anisa couldn't handle it anymore so she pulled the girl by her hand and asked.

"Do I look funny?" The girl shook her hear. If anything Anisa looks dangerous

"Then why the fuck are you laughing?" She asked again

"Nothing" the gurl replied snatching her hand away and then stormed off almost immediately.

"Hey kelly" Jamila said in her sweet Spanish accent.

"Why the fuck does everyone keep calling me that?" She turned to look at her annoying cousin.

"Because you claim to be her, pathetic" Jamila rolled her eyes making her chicken brained minions laugh. Anisa can swear Summayah and Maimuna are worst than Jamila but she won't because they barely meddle in her life.

"Oh keep rolling your eyes,maybe you'll find a brain back there and if you find me pathetic then I suggest you quit finding" and with that Anisa took off to the cafeteria but before she entered the cafeteria someone pulled her by the wrist.

"The fuck" she cursed. She have used too many curse words since she came back to Nigeria.

"Shushhh it's me, I won't harm you" he said in surrender.

"What did you do?" She asked because she's sure this is his doing

"Oh please kelly, you don't expect me to punish you like this do you?" He asked "I won't stoop so low to having a paper being placed behind you with 'call me kelly, I think I have what it takes to be her' inscripted on it, will I?" He said pealing the paper from her back then shoved it at her face.

"But to get my revenge I can do anything so?" He said with a shrug.

"I swear Adnan you better find your patience before I loose mine" she advised
