Chapter 11|pool party

"Kellyyyyyy? So you're a bamalli?" He yelled the first question out loud "I shouldn't have wasted my time if I knew it were you" he eyed her. She know Adnan's parents must be rich, well he goes to YSI so it only makes sense but giving him a Lamborghini is different. That made her curious, who are his parents?

"Waste of time" she said as she turn to leave but then she realized her phone is still with him, they haven't exchanged it back yet.

"Give me my phone" she said giving him back his own.

"To be a girl you really don't care about your looks, do you?" He scanned her from head to toes whilst shaking his head lightly, disappointedly. "Your voice really sound sexy on the phone" Anisa don't know if it's a comment or not.

"I should be the one saying that" she said "you know what, just give me back my phone" he still haven't taken his phone from her hand nor did he give her back her phone. Just then his other phone started to ring.

"Hello" He said bringing the Samsung close to his ears. Anisa couldn't hear what the other person is saying but she heard him say

"Okay I'm on my way" he then ended the call.

"God saved you, I'm needed at home so take your phone" he said as he picked the phone from his pocket and passed it to her then collected his from her hand.

"Life's good so you should get one" he said before driving off almost immediately.

"Gosh I hate him so much but he's so hot" Anisa said before heading back into the house.

How much she missed her diary, she need to write down a lot of things but it's with her annoying cousin.

The following day as expected is Monday and it's been exactly a week since Adnan had someone place a paper behind her back. Well she have been extra careful about that, always checking her back before leaving the class and all. It is also a day since they exchanged phones.

She planned on acting as if she have let Adnan off the hook but in reality, she haven't. She have planned how to get back at him but first she will punish him for keeping her phone with him for a very long time.

"Hey my boyfriend is planning a pool party on Thursday and he says I should invite anybody I want" Norah informed them.

"If you guys are going then I can find a way to convince my parents" Fatima said. The girl still don't know that Anisa and Norah are related.

"I don't think I can't" it's a freaking pool party which means there will be water, gathered water.

"Stop with the fear please, it's high time you get over it" Norah advised

"And what does that mean?" Fatima asked, she know that Anisa is scared of water but she don't know why.

"My brother drowned at the age of seven" Anisa replied as if it's the most normal thing in the planet

"May his gentle soul Rest In Peace" Fatima prayed while Anisa and Norah answered with an ameen.

"When are you getting your braces?" Norah asked

"Dad said this Friday, it's a short day so" Anisa replied

"Are you going alone?" Norah asked

"Nope with mammy or maybe Aunty Maryam" Anisa replied

"I think mami will be busy this Friday because Adda Zarah's boyfriend's family will be coming for introductions and all so good luck going with Aunty Maryam" Norah informed
