~Third person POV~

Alex sits in the living room as George enters through the front door, back from James's place.

"Oh hey George!" Alex says

"Hii, I'm gonna go to my room to edit" George says as he starts walking down the hall.

Alex is once again disappointed with how distant George is being after last night,

It wasn't even a big deal right? Why is he being so weird about it?

As George edits he gets a text from someone,

Mom
Hi hunny! We haven't
seen you in a while now,
would you like to join us
for dinner later? X

George
Sure Mum x

Mom
Okay, see you at

George sighs, great, dinner with his parents.

George, noticing that it's 5, he starts to get ready.

At around 5:20 he's finished, didn't take him long considering all he had to do was get into nicer clothes and fix his hair.

He enters the kitchen to get some water before he goes, feeling lightheaded again as he still hasn't eaten much.

"What's got you lookin all fancy?" Alex jokes, secretly hoping he wasn't going on a date or anything.

"Stupid dinner with my parents" George whines.

"Oh, well have fun?" Alex laughs.

"I'll try" George's says, now waiting for the taxi he booked when he was in his room.

He sees the taxi arrive out the window,

"Well, I'm going now, goodbye" George says, exiting out the front door.

After driving in the taxi for about 20 minutes he's perfectly on time, it's 5:56.

He knocks on the front door, his mother opening it almost instantly and giving him a hug,

"George! I haven't seen you in forever how are you?" She asks as George enters the home he hasn't been in, in quite a while.

"I'm good, how are you and dad?"

"We're good! Come sit, dinner is just ready" she beams, obviously excited to see her son.

The family sits at the table, eating the food his mum cooked, enjoying it.

It's silent until his dad decides to make some conversation,

"So how's YouTube been going?" He asks

"It's been good" George responds,

"Do you have a girlfriend yet?" His mom jokes,
