Ooo it's not in third person for once woah, there's a few POV switches so make sure to watch out for those so you don't get confused!

~Georges POV~

After getting that text from Alex's dad, I feel shivers go down my spine, I'm not sure how to approach the situation.

I asked Alexs dad the address of the home so I can get an Uber there, since I can't drive.

I get in the Uber and tell the driver to get there as fast as possible, I'll even pay him extra, but still stay in the legal speed limit.

He complies and goes as fast as he can go til we eventually arrive at the house,

I thank the man, give him a £50 tip just because I'm feeling extra grateful and get out of the car,

I wait outside the house, still texting Alex's dad.

His dad tells me to come in when my dad isn't in the room and that he'll text me when that time comes.

After a few minutes of waiting I get a text from Alex's dad saying that my dad had gone to the bathroom and this would probably be my only chance.

I slowly enter through the front door, Alexs dad looks relieved to see me.

"Where?" I mouth

He points towards a hotpress, signalling that's where Alex is.

I mean it should've been obvious considering how many things were stacked in front of it.

I quickly but quietly moved all the stuff out of the way, and Alexs dad gave me the key to unlock the door.

I unlock the door to find alex curled up in a ball, crying.

I hear my dad coming back down the hall so I quickly pick up Alex bridal style and run out towards Alexs dads car, him following.

I sit in the backseat with Alex on my lap, just rubbing circles into his back telling him everything's okay.

~Alexs POV~

I'm just exhausted, I can't be bothered to speak. I'm sitting on George's lap, I can feel his arms firmly holding me like he never wants to let go, one hand rubbing circles into my back to calm me down. He's telling me everything will be alright, I know it will be but I'm just too exhausted to respond, so I fall asleep in his arms.

!POV SWITCH!!!

~ Georges POV ~

"Oh shit" Alexs dad says,

"What is it?"

"Your dad just text me George, saying he's going to ruin my life"

"He's all talk don't worry about it, he can hurt me and Alex all he wants but he's not gonna ruin your life believe me"

"I believe you, I just hope you're right and I'm sorry about all this, I really am" Alex's dad says as he drops us off at our place.

I carry Alex in the door and sit us down on the couch, him on my lap.

"You okay?" I ask

"Thank you for bringing me home" is all Alex says to me as he hugs me tightly, he seems completely calm now, almost happy?
