I feel the sunlight on my face, and it wakes me from my sleep, causing me to open my eyes slightly. Today is Sunday and it's our second and last day here on Thursday.

I sit on the bed and stretch my arms out to stretch, admiring the sunrise through the bedroom window, which is right in front of me.

Gaining strength, I finally get out of bed, grab my clothes that I'm going to wear today. And I walk out of my room towards the bathroom.

The Holland grandparents' house is a rustic house and is already a little old, so there is no bathroom in the rooms, so we all have to use the same one, thus having to wait outside for our turn.

Amazingly, there is no queue for the bathroom, I knock on the door to see if it will be busy, but as I get no answer, I think it will be empty.Maybe everyone has already prepared, although it's not too late, since it's only 9:00.

I take my hot shower and then hurry to get dressed. I don't know what we're going to do today, but I don't intend to keep anyone waiting for me too long. I wouldn't do that, in fact I don't like it when I have some commitment and the other person makes me wait for them.

My parents always taught me that we shouldn't do to others what we don't want them to do to us.I start to comb my hair, it is a little tangled and it causes a little pain when brushing. After taking the knots out of my hair I take the dryer, going to dry it.I don't know if I'll do any particular hairstyle, I think I'll leave it like that. I'm not a person who does a lot of hairstyles, as I prefer my natural hair. My hair is halfway down my back, brown as almonds and rippling like the waves of the ocean.

I can say that I'm very proud to be a brunette, I don't like being like those standard girls, who have blue eyes and blonde hair.

Yes, because half of them don't even have natural blonde. Anyway..

After finally getting ready and this little outburst to my subconscious, I'm ready for today. I pack my things and take it back to my room to put it in my suitcase. I immediately leave the room, closing the door behind me and heading downstairs.

— Good morning, Julie, did you sleep well? Miss Elizabeth asks me.

—Yes, I slept very well, the bed is very comfortable. — I look around and I don't find any of the boys — Are the boys still sleeping?

—Nothing like that, they even woke up very early, it's been a while since they went with my husband to help with the chores, back on the farm.

—Hum, I'll go over there then, I can just grab a bagel so I don't have an empty stomach, I'll eat something later.

—Of course you can, but are you sure you don't want anything else?

—No thanks, I'll do something else later. I say smiling at the white haired lady, and heading for the front door.I close the door at the entrance, and the small way to the farm, and soon I am faced with a panorama, of the boys will remain very busy. They notice my presence and stop briefly to say good morning.

— Good morning, Julie, did you sleep well? Tom asks me, coming out of the stable with a rake in his hand, leaning on it. Oh, seriously, he looks like a model. — Could you give me a little help, taking care of the horses?

—Of course yes. I say excitedly, heading toward the stable. We enter the stable and Tom continues with his work sorting the hay and putting it in the horses' stalls so that when they get back inside I can eat.

—So what do you need my help with?

Tom I put some blocks in a wheelbarrow.

—You can take that hay from the cart to the first stall.
