After an hour of flying metal sonic and the others land in the death egg and they all got out of the ship and tails used a device to see if there were any badniks near them
*tails* huh.. weird
*knuckles* whats up?
*tails* my device says that there are no badniks near us in fact this entire space station is unguarded say for a few maintenance bots!
*sonic* then in that case i say we stay in teams of three and split up
*metal sonic* that sounds good to us
As they walked through the area they found two separate halls going in two directions
*sonic* see you guys later!
*metal sonic* stay safe!
As they all walked they found a bunch of sealled doors
*metal sonic* so where the hell do we look first?
*mage* i.. I don't know the map eggman gave me when I was made is completely different to this place
*bolt head* this is just great now were lost!
*metal sonic* hang on I just checked my systems it says we need to take a left and we'll be in a large open room
Metal then opened one of the doors and just as he said they were then in a large open room
*metal sonic* yeah! I told ya!
(???) So... your the ones who beat all of my men
*metal sonic* oh no...
*mage* oh great
(???) You all defeated my heavy soldiers but lets see how you fair against A KING!
Then out of the shadows the heavy king walked towards them

The king chuckled as he pulled out a large pale red gem and held it above his head
*mage* is that a chaos emerald?!
*metal sonic* no.. ive seen the energy ratings on those this gem its off the charts!
*heavy king* its called the phantom ruby and with it i could incinerate you all with ease!
*mage* looks like we got us a good fight!
