As everyone went to sleep metal sonic began to dream he was suddenly in some desert observing what looked like sonic tails and knuckles battling someone
*metal sonic* what the hell is happeni‐
Just then knuckles charged up an attack and darted towards metal
*metal sonic* SHIT WAIT!
Metal then put up his guard but knuckles phased through him striking something behind him
*Metal sonic* what the hell was...
He then looked behind him to see knuckles had struck a pale blue almost white hedgehog with a neck snapping uppercut leaving a nasty bruise but then it disappeared and the hedgehog looked straight back at knuckles
*metal sonic* wait i know him isn't that nazo?

*metal sonic* why the hell am I dreaming about this?
*knuckles* man he's tough!
Knuckles then jumped back a few feet and suddenly three tiny purple orbs started revolving around him
*metal sonic* whats he doing?
Just then a red burst of energy erupted from him and he shot forward at nazo
*knuckles* LETS SEE WHAT YOU GOT!!
Nazo then scoffed at what he said and right as knuckles got close enough he slammed his fist into the side of knuckles face sending him flying into a Boulder knocking him out
*metal sonic* HOLY SHIT!
*nazo* how pathetic... now for you
He then shot an energy bolt at sonic but sonic casually kicked it back towards him
Nazo then floats in the air barely dodging it the beam exploding behind him
Nazo then started rapid firing chaos turrets at sonic but he kept dodging them at lightning speed
*nazo* just how fast is this hedgehog?
Just then sonic jumped off the top of nazos head into the air
*sonic* CATCH ME IF YOU CAN!
*nazo* CHAOS CONTROL!
*sonic* WAIT WHA-
Just then nazo apeard above him and struck him from above sending him hurling into the ground and charged up a large red ball of energy
*nazo* DIE!
Metal sonic heard tails in the distance yell stop but it was too late
Nazo fried the energy ball at sonic and thought it landed but..
