"Get some sleep sweet Ridhima , from tommorow we will start your training ." I nodded.

I don't understand sejal said he was emotionless then why? Why on Earth does he behave so differently ? I saw his eyes were closed and he was holding on to me tightly . But I cannot get any sleep . So I pulled his hands off me. And pulled his t-shirt on my body . I walked towards the balcony and let the cool air relax my sense.
I haven't told him that had happened to me. But better than my daughter I cannot let him reach Rhea. And I know I am lying to vansh but more can I do? I don't know if he will accept me I'd he will knew my truth , besides everything that is happening now, I don't if it will continue between us.
I remember how Kabir took me to his holding place . I remember what he told me and it still sends shivers down my spine, the bad kind.

I placed my hands over my arms . I have to be ready to protect my daughter , no matter what vansh says , she is my daughter . I am responsible for her safety . I walked out of the room and into Rhea's. I saw she was sleeping . Someone is sleeping at least .
"Hey sweetheart , I am so sorry for being a bad mother to you. I don't want to . But I have no choice . I am alone but Rhea I want to give you every happiness in your life. Every single one that I was deprived of. And freedom of having your own opinion is one of them. You understand me don't you ?". She turned towards me holding my hand.
"Mommy ." She said in her sleep.
"Yes sweety your mommy ", I placed a kiss on her forehead .
I felt the bed dip and someone holding me . Not just me Rhea too . I felt a familiar rush of warmth rushing through me.
"Vansh " I mumbled in my sleep state.
But why? Why he would the comfort of his bed and come to us ? This doesn't make any sense. But all those questions just flew off and surrounded myself to his warmth .
My eyes opened and I saw him sitting in the couch with Rhea in his abdomen .
"No, you have done it again, now you do that and beat me always little miss?" He asked ."
"That is my secret vansh , you are not going to get it ." He smiled .
"Well. I got a secret if my own . I am going to use it against you , little miss ?. He begin tickling her. She laughed. I never heard her laugh this freely with me. But am not envious . I am thankful that someone can make her smile . Even if it is not me.
"Good morning Mommy". Rhea said looking at me.
"Good morning baby" so did he sleep beside us last night ?"
"Good morning VR ." I told him.
"Good morning Miss ." He come closer to me and I moved back a little . But he pulled me to him. And then placed a kiss on my forehead .
"Slept well?" He asked .
"Yes , I guess. Did you sleep here ?"
He moved back looking at Rhea.
"Little Miss you have a mission go and ask Nisha to cook your favourite .I am going to play with Mommy now." Rhea laugh
"Thank you vansh I wish you were my daddy ."
Before j can say anything she left.
"Come on you need to be trained , miss Ridhima . I might not always be there instantly do you have to know , self - defense. Enough to eevade the attacker untill you can get help ." He stated to walk.
"Tell me , did you sleep with us last night .? ". I asked
"I was cold, you left me there alone do u habe to find you. You cannot just do that . I was worried that something bad might happend to you when I was asleep.
I moved back to a corner and he caged me..
"What ever this is VR, the cannot go on you cannot do this to me and my daughter . She wants you as his father . You and I both know that you are not her father .she cannot have you as her father ." He pressed me further on the wall.
"Why not ?" He asked .
"You are not her fahter VR ,.my daughter is the one with the false hope . But sooner or later you will leave . Sooner or later her dream is going to break I cannot see her getting disheartened once again.
He pulled back shaking his head.
"I don't think you are afraid about her . You are afraid to trust me. Not with your daughter but with yourself . You are afraid to let go of the control. You are afraid to surrender , there would be no going back because then you will become part of my world . That is what scare you the most ." I looked away.
He moved back.
"I have told you that I will protect you and Rhea . I will if you want to run. Go ahead and run away. I am not going to stop you . Not untill you stop yourself . Not untill you are ready to make me a part of your world."
He didn't touch me , didn't try to come my closed. Didn't try to cage me. No, he did nkthsinb .and somewhere inside me I wished him to . I wanted him to prove me wrong and tell me he is the father of my daughter wanted .
No, he didn't and that is what broke me further. That is what made me realize how alone I am .
