"Yes , my little girl , I am happy that I have someone I can call that again."
He sat down and started to sing lullabaly he was happy to have these moments where he can become past itself .
"I won't let anyone harm you ever little miss I promise you that. "
He stood up and walked towards the door and his feet stopped looking at ridhima who was standing at the door .
"I thought you would be asleep by now . Miss Ridhina . Aren't you sleepy? ". .he asked moving closer to he.
"I thought if you like to come to bed with me .". Ridhima said to vansh .
"I have some work to do . You can go to bed and I'd you still want to you can go to sleep . I will join you there later .or if you like to we can continue the arrangement what we were doing for past three days." .
He said putting his hands over her waist .
Ridhina gasped ...
"Are you in pain?". He asked
"A little but the things you did had taken most of it away ."
He can tell the she was still lying .She was trying not to worry him unnecessarily.
"All is set for the trip. So, we are going to the basketball game .and we are driving there . so , I assume that it will give you more time for little miss .".. that made her smile..
"You don't have to vansh but I know you will not going to hear the no from me . So, I am not going to come in between you and your daughter ."
Vansh gasped and pulled her closer.
"That's what I am saying all these last week's miss Ridhina , she is my daughter. And you are ...."
Vansh paused pushing her hair behind her ear ..
"We don't need a label for out thing just yet.. but if you like to I can call you my boyfriend .". She said. .
"I like you to call me your other half , not just your boyfriend , when the time comes I will put the ring on your finger , take you as mine fully ,.". He whispered .
"And what after ?" He asked ..
"You, me. , Our little, and perhaps another companion for her to play with Rhea If you like that .". She blushed and looked away .
"You know what I have changed my mind , lets get back to bed , I want to hold you to sleep , I am looking forward that ."
He took her hand and led her towards the bedroom.
"So tomorrow we are taking the trip to see the basketball gave and spend some quality time together as a family. .". Vansh said .
Pulling her on the bed . Then he pulled the duvet over them.
"Yes , I haven't been on a family vacation in along time . I was trying to survive my life. Vansh ." She muttterd sleepily .
"You didn't have me in you life to help, did you। My sweet Ridhima ?"
He asked but she was already asleep then . He figured that this places gives her a sense of security like no others .
"You don't know what you are to me . ridhima .you are something I have been waiting to happen for so long her , i was so afraid that if this happens I will lose it like..." ..
He paused and felt her touching the other side of the bed in her sleep it made him smile and he got in. He hands touched his torso and she placed her heand in his chest . Then she stopped moving with a smile gracing her face .
The next morning vansh found himself asleep alone in the bed . And he woke up in a panic then he begins searching for her frantically through out the house . he went to Rhea's oim to find that she was still in her bed. But her mother was nowhere to be found . And her thing gone as well. He started to look for his phone to call her or sejal.
And he took the gun he always kept by his bedside table . He walked towards the main door..he didn't want to be caught in a compromising position not with his daughter in the house with him. He cannot risk that he cannot let anything bad happen to her .
So, as soon as the door opened , he pointed the gun at the person who come throught the door. She almost dropped her beg in surprise .
"Ridhi",. He sighed in relation . He kept the gun over the side of table...
"What are you doing there is a kid in the house and it is not safe to carry a firearm around a kid , don't you understand that ?" She asked. .
"I do ,this is for their protection , this is for what happened the last time , I do not wish to repeat my mistake .". He told her .
"And it wouldn't have happened if you didn't go without me .. I thought something had happened to you , something like what had happened before ."
He kissed her , she wasn't expecting that
He pulled back and looked at her from head to toe.
"I was only getting a few for her things and. ..."
"Shut up, don't you know that you atleast should tell me you have gone out .". He shouted at her .
"VR. I am fine , I am alright , see for yourself , I am not hurt or...."
"Kidnapped , heated half to death ? Yes , I can see that ."..
Vansh trying to calm himself down. He placed the gun over the table .. and the pulled her into his arms .
"Don't ever me alone like that so , I begin to wonder were you are, if something bad happened to you , you are too precious to me Ridhima. I cannot afford to losse you ."
Then he placed a kiss on her forehead . The last thing he wanted to do to startle her about anything .she was precious to him and he wanted her to know that as well .
