Saturday morning came . I wanted to prove to my daughter that I can be the mother she wanted me to be. But looking at all this mess around my shop I don't think I can do it. I have to rest with the last - minutes order. And I cannot go to the game . That means go to fail my daughter and she looked so hopeful the lost couple of the day .
"Mommy , when we are going to go to game ?" She asked , I looked at her with a smile।
"I am thinking baby , but mom has to work । May be next time.". I told her and her face fell . Hope that she had vanished. Her smile turned into a grown.
"You can always go with sejal. She can take you ." She looked up and said.".
"Sejal is not mommy , and vansh isn't talking to me । He is the only one who can understand me।. He let me play . You told him to not to talk me." She said taking her bag and waking towards the lobby .
"Wait Rhea, baby I am sorry , come one , mommy needs to work for a living .
I looked helplessly at sejal.
"I will take her to game . You don't worry about a thing ." I nodded .
"Thank you. Sejal , you are a life saver ." I told her .
She gave me a polite smile calling Rhea's name . I started doing my work . It is going to take some time.
I was almost done with my work when sejal came inside . She looked tired and out of breath .
"Sejal , what happened I asked looking at her state.
"And where is Rhea ?" She looked so frightened and worried .
"I lost her ."
"What ? What do you mean that you lost her ? She is a child ? Sejal tell me what had happened to her and Rhea . I am so mad . I want answer now.
I made her sit down and offered ..
"I was taking her to school to see match as you said .but then we were stuck in the traffic and she started throwing tanturams."
Rhea can do that , I know but that is no reason she would have lost her could she ?
" Then what happened? " I asked trying not to sound mad to her.
."she started to say how she misses vansh and their special sessions and how if he was there's he would have taken her to the game."
That girl is a fan of vansh , I have to say that she worships him like a superbeing.
"Did she run away ?" I asked .
"Yes, one moment she was there and next she was running . I tried to catch her but she is awfully fast . I didn't know how easily she can run through the crowded city
Who knows what she can do ?
"Did you see where she had gone,? " I asked
" I don't remember exactly but it had to toy store there where u saw her last .". They toy store which vansh had taken her first . I know where she is . Or I hope she was there .
"Sejal, look after the shop. I am going after Rhea. I know where she is trying to go."
I ran out of the shop taking my wallet and my phone .
I called the phone I kept with rhea. No one picked it up. No one answered as I tried again and again।
"Come on baby, where you are ? Where you tell me once where you can go . I need to know I want to know ." I cannot lose you rhea. I cannot lose my only family that is left.
I called a cab and told them the address of the toy store hoping that she is there . The cab stopped and I ran out giving him the amount .
" Keep the change ." I said giving him glare .
"Lady wait " he shouted but I didn't stop there . I need to find there . I find wallad inside the shop and looked around inside the places , the gallery , the play areas and the arcade . She wasn't there she wasn't anywhere to be found where she could be ? Where she could go ?
The city is so big and she is so little something bad can happen to her . I cannot even think how frightened she will be alone. I showed the picture to the people around the shop . Everyone gave me the same answer . No one knows where she is . No one has seen her . I asked the manager and he told me he can show me the security footage of the last one hour if that helps.
I kept checking in for my girl then I saw her outside the shop running in the opposite direction. If she is not going to school then where she can go ? What is in the opposite direction ? Who could she be trying to find ? I remember what was in that direction . Vansh's office . She is trying to find it she told sejal that she missed him. Didn't she ? That means she wants to meet him.
I remembered the address very well. So, I called a cab and told them to drive towards the address . I walked out and inside the lobby . I asked if vansh was inside . But they told me he didn't come in today . I showed them the picture of my little girl . Again no one can tell me About anything about her . No one knows where she is . If not here there where she is. If not me then where she could have gone ?
What if Kabir had gotten her first ? What if he knew she was alive and well? What if he tried to take her from me again? I cannot let it happen . Rhea , why do you have to run away ? What if I never find you ? What if I never see you again? What am I going to without you by my side .
Rhea my little angel. I am sorry for being bad mother . I am sorry for not spending time with you . If I can take it all back, I would have take it all back . I would have been with you start over again. I will let you spend time with vansh . I will never say anything that will hurt you ever again..
