Chapter - 28

Episode start -

I watched the sleeping from of vansh . He looked relax for the first time in a while and I am happy that he understood most of the things about my life now. Including the dangers that he will be associating with. I took the dangers  that he will be associating with. I took his shirt and buttoned it over me. In a way, i feel closer to him , more than before . I think we needed that , a little time for ourselves . Just the two of us.

I started to prepare breakfast for him..the heart - to - heart had gone as I expected .he had listened to me. And I was poring my heart out. Now, he had known what I was going through . I was bearing the eggs and I felt someone hold me from behind.

"Taking the job seriously my sweet Ridhima.." I looked into his eyes. He looked relaxed and laid back for some reason..his lips curled up into a lazy smile.
"I am cooking you something , you always do that . I thought I should let you rest for now.." he placed his finger on my lips touching me.."

"You look ravishing , who needs breakfast when I have you ?" I asked .

I shook my head from side to side .

"You know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day , or do you now know it ". I told him .

"I do know, but I am thinking about the brunch today . I was thinking of a big one. Greek version ? I know a place ; it is one of my favourites. I think it is time , I start introducing you to my world properly . And I will start with announcing the world about you .." he sounded so confident about it

"Even after what I told you last night ? Even after all that ? " I asked ..

"Yes , he is no threat to me.." he told me

"It is me who he should be afraid of , afraid to lay a hand on my wife , for the next time he won't have have his hands intact   ". I moved back two paces . I am unsure who I shall be afraid of more him or Kabir . I placed my hands over the island realising that there in no way to run.

He smiled again ..

"I am sorry for coming so strong on you . I sometimes forget my strength ." He told me.

"But rest assured my sweet Ridhima, I will forever  protect you from everything . You are everything to me. You and Rhea." He placed a kiss on my forehead and then smiled moving back .

"Forgive me, will you ?" I nodded .

"Good , then today I need you to come to the office with me. Rhea wants to stay with her friend , so she said I can take her mommy shopping . And pick out some toys of her ." I laughed at that .

"She's ordering you around from now ? Dont let her do that ." He smirked .

"Why not ? She is my only daughter last time I checked and father's and daughter share this special bond. ". I shook my head .

"You are going to regret those words when she rules over your world .." his answer shocked me.

"I am counting on her to do that . She is the most fitting heir for my empire . So yes, she and only she will rule that . She has all the making of a good leader even now. You will not beleive that if you see her bossing my mem around ."

"Your men?"  I Asked.

"Yes , my men, the one who works for me, and now for little Miss as well. Soon they will work for you if you need any help around the shop that is .." he said scratching  the back of his head .
