"Good work boys", Coach's voice called out. "Everyone gather here I want to talk to you all".
Me and Noah, my best friend looked at each other in doubt and started going towards coach. As soon as I reached there, I saw Lucas standing besides coach. "What the fuck is he doing here?" I asked coach. I was shaking with rage.
"Calm down Aaron", said coach. "He is going to play in ULH basketball team with y'all", I started to interrupt Coach but he beat me to it, "and Aaron come with me to my office", and then he walked out. I spared Lucas one glance with nothing but fury and disgust and went towards Coach's office.
As soon as I reached there, I asked coach, " Why is he going to play in our team. We already have sufficient good players in our team?". Coach sighed and said, "Look Aaron I know you are not happy with this but it is for your own good", I scoffed and coach continued," Lucas is a good player. He can really be beneficial for the team. For scouts to come to the games we need to win all of our matches with good lead. If we aren't going to win then scouts won't be coming for recruiting you. I don't think you want to lose the oppurtunity to be scouted in NBA just because of your ego and petty reasons. Am I right or am I right, Aaron?"
I groaned in frustration and said," Yes Coach, you are always right". After saying this I started moving out but coach's voice called out again," Good and one more thing. Your grades have still not improved".
"I am trying coach but it is getting difficult for me to manage basketball practice as well as maintain good grades. You know how much pressure dad puts on me".
Coach sighed with pity and said, " Why don't you get a tutor from the university? It could be really beneficial". I nodded and started to leave but coach said," This time it is serious Aaron. If your grades aren't improved until the next away game. You will have to sit out that game and we have got some insider news that scouts of Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers are coming at the away game. Start finding a tutor and improve your grades".
"Yes coach, I'll do my best. Thank you", I said and left the office.
Okay so this is way more serious than I assumed. I have to improve my grades as soon as possible. I went in the locker room and showered. I then wore my clothes and started going towards the tutor's office.

I asked for a tutor to be issued to me and she gave me a slip. I read the name 'Hailey Jones' on it and asked the staff member if I could be provided with any other tutor as I knew she hated me and would not be accepting to tutor me. But the lady said that she was the only good tutor currently left and the others would not be helpful to me as they were younger than me. I sighed and thanked her. I then started to find Hailey to ask for help.
While crossing the university cafe, I saw her sitting at a seat near the window. She was wearing a white Nike sweatshirt along with some light blue loose jeans. She wore golden hoops and a necklace. She was not wearing makeup or even if she was, she had that all natural look type makeup. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. Fuck what am I saying.
