Victoria's POV
The training yesterday went by smoothly except for a slight mishap and we all headed back home after our session.
I went on my usual day of routine in the morning, a few training tricks in my room as I warmed up my body before I showered to get ready for my day at the academy.
I took up an extra training class in the Academy. I wasn't sure if it would actually make me sweat as the one from yesterday barely made a dent in my energy. The reason I took up another one is that I'm bored out of my mind, being a 'human' isn't as easy when you're used to moving about most of your life.
Back in Mítica, I have a lot on my plate, not only do I train my protectors but I also make sure they accomplish their assignments in protecting the kingdom from harm. The sightings of demons have recently increased and we've been fighting and killing a lot of them. Adding the fact that there are troublemakers around the kingdom as well, it's not exactly a light chore.
Leaving my Kingdom isn't an easy decision; I know the same could be told by the other rulers of Mítica. I know Ares though if there's a person who can keep my people in line, it's him. Besides Athena of course, the two of them are like her parents growing up. Although I'm a direct descendant of them, it was kept a secret.
Just like Nadia being a Goddess is a queen in Mítica.
I went over to my closet to choose my attire for the day. Most of my articles of clothing are black. It makes hiding in the shadows easier as you fight and makes your moves less visible.
I caught sight of my training uniform. I picked that up as I remembered that my whole class today is just training. I decided to bring an extra set of clothes just in case the trainer on my schedule makes an effort to make me work, although I highly doubt it.
The name of the trainer in my schedule is Master Tyr. That name reminds me of one of the Gods from a different world. Although most people in this world are fond of naming their children to one of the Gods and Goddesses.
That makes me curious about their culture here. Most of our names in Mítica are made to describe our elements or powers. Like Breeze, for example, she comes from the element of wind. Acacia is named like a tree, and so on.
My name is Victoria Fighter, and I'm a real fighter, a Protector of the supernatural creatures. Although I never had the chance to do it on Earth since I was born after the whole island has been sheathed away from the other worlds.
After getting dressed, I checked my reflection in the mirror. My straight black hair is tied in a high ponytail making my facial structure more noticeable. Like my hair, my eyes are also pitch black giving a more dangerous vibe than the others.
I went out to get some breakfast. The only ones in the dining room are the merfolks and the trio, Heaven, Acacia, and Nadia.
After breakfast, I went on my bike as the others went with Valdimir. He doesn't have any class this morning but doesn't want to leave his wife alone is the Academy.
I arrived at the Academy as I once again gained the attention of the other students. I shook my head at them. They really should learn how to be less conspicuous.
I waited for my friends at the entrance. When they arrived, we went our separate ways as they went to their respective classes. Valdimir tagged along with Aqualia. I assume that he might add the Music Class to his schedule.
I went to Training Room A, the room is far smaller than the one from yesterday. It must be because the one yesterday is for bigger classes. Since the class I made Uriel register me for is a private one.
