Chapter 5: Morning

Luz pov

I woke up to the sound of soft crying. Then remembered what I said last night. I felt a bit of nervousness grow after each heartbeat. I slowly got up so Amity doesn't hear me. I tiptoe my way to the bathroom. Thank god she doesn't have creaky floors. I softly knock at the door, "hey ams. Can I come in?" my heart was wrenched with each word I said it felt like it was about to overflow. "No, just leave me alone." I hear her say with small hiccups. "Ams I'm sorry for last night i didn't mean-" but you said it. Luz just go away." I felt like crying but i did what she said.

I walk around aimlessly trying to figure out something to do. I wanted to go to Steve but he took his day off and Lilith was there. I didn't want to speak to lilith because the last time me and her talked was when I said 'talk to the glyph witch' 2 years ago. I walked around the library and found Ed and Em. I didn't want to speak to them so I turned the corner and went on my way to the cafeteria. What a horrible mistake that was.

I walked to the cafeteria doors and swung it open, still with my head down. I walked for a bit and managed to get around a quarter of the cafeteria without getting interrupted. "Hey luz!!" I didn't even want to look up. "Luz? What's wrong..? Oh.. about that..." Willow said, her voice lowering after each word. "Did zander hurt her that night after i left?" I said softly. "Hu-" Willow tried to reply back. "DID ZANDER HURT HER?!" I was now screaming. Willow looked shocked and the minute it left my mouth I was shocked. People around us looked shocked as well, i was so sweet and people thought i would be the type to never get mad but either way i still shouted. "Yes luz" that son of a bit-

I was so infuriated that I stormed out the doors. I even thought i was going to break them with all that force i put into it. I need to go see Amity now, i'll deal with zanders sorry butt later.
