Luz Pov

I call willow. "Hey whats up?" she answers. "Oh hey can we go to the mall?" "uh sure but why now?" "i'll tell you when you get here." I sit in a bench and start to think, what if amity thinks of me the same way? She won't, she's obviously straight. I wish she did though.. "Luz??" I hear willow say. I take my airpod out of my ear. "Hey!" I went over to hug her. "So what did you need me for?" she asks. "Well I need your help my mom just got off the phone with amity's doctor and she said that she's getting discharged tomorrow so i want to find her a gift." I answer. "I'm starting to think you two are in love with each other. I blush a deep red. Then Willow turns into a ghost. "Wait sorry i didn't mean that, nevermind that." what didn't she mean? I was so confused but we carried on to the first store.

We reach build-a-bear. "I think this is the perfect place!" i say. Willow just smirks at me and keeps glancing on her phone. I look around for the perfect plushie. "I think she'll like this one." I whisper. As I grab the plushie I give it to the worker so she can put stuffing inside. As she is stuffing the plushie I can see Willow taking photos of me and giggling. "WILLOW!!" I groan in embarrassment. "Who are you sending those to?" I asked jokingly. "Oh no one.." I don't argue back but the worker is now staring at me. "So you want more stuffing or let the kid behind you get some?" I look behind me and awkwardly smile. "I'll just grab the plushie and be on my way."

God if that isn't embarrassing picking the name was. "Willow!! I need help here!" I say. "Coming!" she jogs over. "Okay so what do you need help with?' "picking a name." "I say ghost." "but i like lumity better." "Omg I know damn well your not naming your plushie you and amity's name." she says jokingly. I giggle and rub the back of my neck. "What if I am?" I said with a little chuckle. "You must really like her?" "Mhm but i dont think shes yk.." "Gay?" "Yea." "well you'll never know if you don't ask her out."
