Abhimanyu come out of the surgery room and tell the patient's family that their son is going to be fine surgery is been successful. and after giving orders to nurse he starts to move towards his office and realise its been 6months he has been move out of the house, well move out is one of the way to put it more likely thrown out of the house by the very same mother , he worship his whole life , ready to marry someone else for her happiness and she didn't even blink when she throw her out of the house. and sadness consumes him with that thought and he starts thinking about all things happen in 6months.

After coming from Goneka house her mother start acting wired and start saying that it is all Akshara fault her husband is in jail and then he and his mother move from lawyer to lawyer to take his father case and made bail but no lawyer is ready to take the case seeing all the things has been made public and even health minister has also been able to take four of the head nurses for bribes and sell drugs on prescriptions where they made doctors sign without their knowing and that scenario alone put more bad light to Birla Hospital and they have shifted every patient to city hospital where he has worked in ER trauma surgeon for a month or so where he saw a whole new scene of trauma surgeons which he never seen in his own hospital where they had counted seconds by minutes to keep persons alive which he had never experienced before... and at house in that month situation has gotten worse to worst , his father hasn't got any bail and whenever his mother go to meet him in jail his father shout at her, curse akshara for this. His taiji and tauji also shout at his mother for their lost doctor's license , losing all the respect of power couple in hospital as no other hospital is ready to hire them , parth and Neil worked with health minister to somehow salvage the case and save their hospital at any cost but didn't turn out good as the media coverage also didn't help at all...

Before he could dwell more he comes out of his trance listening the alarm buzzing on his head for room. 205 emergency, he sprinted there and start to stable the patient after an hour or so he come out tell parents their son would be fine and have to start new dosage so pay at he reception..

Woman- Are you sure?(worried)

Abhi-  Don't worry we at New York- Presbyterian have the best faculty we will take good care of your son..

And walks into his cabin.. Nurse walk in and said- sir abhinav sir  se surgery mai jaane se phle bola ki aapko aaj ghar aana hi hoga..vo kuch nahi sunega..

Abhi- ha.. haa mujhe pata hai.. don't worry...

Rajvansh Mansion

The whole mansion is buzzing with the activities. Havan kund is sitting in the the living room and  everybody is moving here and there .

Meenakshi- Arre mishti beta phone toh kar kaha reh gaye sab log..

Mishti- haa kar rahi ho maa... (coming with plate in hand)

Kuhu- maa don't worry.. sab log bas aate hi honge...

Abir - walks strolling downstairs but busy on phone trying to call someone...

Mishti - kisko call kar rahe ho?

Abir - still busy on phone but replied - uska cell busy ah raha h ....

Mishti - ho sakta hai kuch kaam kar rahi ho..

Abir-  I don't think so..

Kuhu- you know what I am thinking she is probably sleeping in jet...

Doctor Cabin

Abhinav- sun mai bas nikal hi raha ho ghar ke liye ? kitne der mai land karne vali hai tu?

Akshu- I know and isliye mene abhi call kiya hai...
