(Y/n)'s POV
I watched as the Straw Hats had their dose of fun. Luffy, Chopper and Usopp were fishing, the sniper telling his friends stories to keep them entertained. I chuckled as I saw Nami hit both Zoro and Sanji, effectively stopping them from fighting. Brook was playing an enjoyable soft melody whilst Robin was reading a book beside him. Franky was behind the steering wheel. We were headed to our next island.
I hopped off the swing and strode toward where Luffy sat. Being the clumsy idiot that I was, I tripped over my own feet. Thankfully, someone had caught me. I turned to thank whoever had caught me. It was Law.
"Thanks," I grinned.
He flicked my forehead, "Be more careful. Stop hurting yourself."
I groaned in pain, "You didn't have to do that..."
Suddenly, I felt a force pulling me backward. Out of instinct, I grabbed Law's hand. Reacting quickly, he called for the Straw Hats to help him. The tug of war between the Straw Hats, Law and the portal that had randomly opened up behind me grew to be intense. As seconds passed, the portal's gravitational pull grew stronger.
I then came to a decision, "Just let me go. The longer this goes on, my arms will rip right off, and I wouldn't want you all coming to whatever hellhole this portal leads to."
"But (Y/n)-" Luffy argued, but I was quick to cut him off.
"-I'll find my way back to you. I promise."
"(Y/n), why are you such a fool? You don't even know where that portal leads to, and yet you promise you'll come back?! You could die!" Law shouted, his grip tightening around my wrist.
"No, (Y/n)'s right. Let her go, Trafalgar," Zoro sided with me.
"Are you an idiot, Zoro? She might die, get that through your thick head!" Nami retaliated.
Everyone looked at Luffy, who has yet to make the final call. "Let go, Traffy. Once (Y/n) makes a promise, she'll never break it. No matter what."
"Are you sure about this, Mugiwara?" Law frowned.
"Yeah. (Y/n)'s my Nakama, so I believe in her!" Luffy exclaimed.
The captain of the Heart Pirates gave me one last look, "Don't die, idiot."
I gave him an ear to ear smile, "I won't."
Hesitantly, he released his grip of me. That was when the portal sucked me in, immediately closing soon after, denying entry to the Straw Hats and Law. I closed my eyes as the bright flashing lights dazed me. Moments after, I felt like I was falling.
I cracked an eye open. I was plummeting through the air. Though, that wasn't what surprised me. The place I had been teleported to looks awfully a lot like my modern day world. Did the Council decide to send me back? No... no! If that's the case, I'll never be able to see them again! The Straw Hats, Law and his crew, Shanks... Everyone!
No, stop thinking negatively. I braced myself for the landing. When I was only millimeters away from the ground, I was quickly teleported away. As I walked through the streets, I realized one thing. The signs, store names– everything was in Korean.
"Big sis (Y/n)!" The voice of Sunnie echoed in my head.
Sunnie? Could you please tell me why I'm here? I replied.
"So, Moonie and I did some more research on you, and we decided that we'd give you a side quest!" She explained.
A side quest? I was beyond confused.
