(Y/n)'s POV

I looked at the people gathered for the C-Rank dungeon raid. Everything was going according to the storyline. The only thing that was different was, well, me. Unlike the other S-Class Hunters who made a big deal whenever they were raiding a dungeon, I decided to lay low. I even went as far as using a simple surgical mask to hide my identity.

"(Y/n), is that you?" Jin Woo asked as he placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, it's me. Sorry if you had a hard time recognizing me. I wanted to wear a mask so none of the reporters would chase me to the ends of the earth." I explained. "I'm just gonna stay back and observe. I'll only help when you're in trouble, okay? Since this is a part of training and all."

"Of course," he agreed.

"Oh, hey you two!" Hm? Who's that? Oh, I think that's Yoo Jin Ho. Huh, his voice is a bit different from how I imagined it to be. Oh well, it's nothing I can't get used to unlike Pica's voice.

"Um, hey," I was the first to greet him. "Nice to meet you...?"

"I'm Yoo Jin Ho!" He excitedly introduced himself.

"(L- Trafalgar (Y/n), pleasure's mine," by now, I was sure everyone had heard of my name, so it was wise of me to use a fake name instead. Though, I cringed at the use of Law's last name, out of everyone else's name, I picked his? Though it does sound ba- shut up, brain!

Jin Woo looked at me weirdly. His short moment of confusion was put to and end as he quickly caught on why I had introduced myself with a different name. Taking my introduction as a sign, he introduced himself. I shied away from the two as they talked. The ravenette looked at me, betrayed. I only shrugged my shoulders.

The leader of the group, Hwang Dong Suk, who I had come to hate for plot reasons, began to debrief us on the instructions. I grimaced when the other Hunters excluded Jin Woo, saying that it didn't matter if he heard it or not as he was too weak to even carry it out.

Yes, Jin Woo had previously been recognized as Humanities Weakest Hunter, but that wasn't the case now. He had leveled up, and was at least as strong as a B-Rank Hunter currently. Calm down (Y/n), don't murder them.

"And what's your name?" The falsely kind voice of Hwang Dong Suk caused me to cringe, though he couldn't tell my sour expression as it was hidden by the mask I wore.

"Trafalgar (Y/n)," I curtly replied, irritation heavily lacing my tone.

"(Y/n)? Isn't that the first name of the newly appointed S-Rank Hunter? What a coincidence," he chuckled. "It's a pleasure to have you in our team."

"Yeah, no worries." Another short response.

"Are you... alright? You seem a bit annoyed," his voice was enough to get me to throw up.

Out of everyone that stood in front of the C-Rank gate excluding Hwang's teammates, I was the only one who knew of Hwanng's sinful endeavors, and they were fucking revolting. I didn't give him a response. I merely stuffed my hands in my pockets and stomped away.

One of Hwang's lackeys whistled, "Damn, that chic's angry."

"Anyways," Hwang clapped his hands to gain everyone's attention. "Let's start the raid."

The moment I stepped through the gate, or sometimes referred to as a portal, I was launched into a completely different environment. I found myself walking next to Jin Woo and Jin Ho, not paying much attention to the beasts that attacked us as they were dealt with by Hwang and his lackeys.
