Chapter 28

We arrived at a stop light after driving for a moment. He opened up the glove compartment and pulled out a blindfold.

"Can you put this on?" He asked, with a slight smirk.

"Oo, kinky." I smiled, taking it from his hands. We both just chuckled as I tied it around my eyes, my vision going dark.

"Honestly I like this look on you." Bam said, touching the back of my neck, making me shiver at the cold of his rings and the surprise of it. I had no idea what was happening.

"Oh really. Than we should try this out." I pulled up the blindfold and sent him a wink. He just grabbed it and pulled it down.

"No peeking Angel. I'll tell you when to take it off. Got it."

"Got it." I felt that we began to drive again and it felt like we were driving for quite a bit. But I had a feeling, he was making me believe it was faraway but he was just taking the long way.

Suddenly the Lambo stopped, like we were parked and a smile crept on my face. "We're here." He said with some joy in his tone.

"Can I take this off?"

"No." He said, quickly grabbing my warm hands and clasping them between his cold hands. It was heavenly. "Not yet."

"Okay...? Do I have to guess?"

"You can, but you won't get it."

"Hm." I titled my head to the side. "A club?"

"Nope."

"A movie theatre?"

"Nope." He said popping the 'p'.

"Okay, I have no idea babe. Tell me!" I whined.

"Ugh." He groaned, but I could tell it was very much a playful groan. "Just stay here for a moment."

He let go of my hands and than I heard him leave the Lambo. "Bam!" No response. "BAM!" I yelled a little louder. I went to take off my blindfold when I felt and heard my car door being opened.

"What? Did I think I was gonna leave you?" He asked, while chuckling.

"Shut up." I smiled. I felt him grab my hand and I was helped out of the car. He placed that hand on the small of my back and he began to lead me in a direction. "Are we almost there?"

"Yup." He replied. We continued to walk and suddenly my shoulders were gently grabbed, stopping me. "Okay, we're here." His voice was laced with joy and love, it honestly made my heart bounce in my chest. "And...open!"

I slowly grabbed the blindfold and pulled it off my face. When my eyes adjusted, they went wide with awe. We were at a skate park. Their was a blanket with a bunch of cushions set in the middle, with a bunch of fake candles lighting the area and a couple of fairy lights placed around some of the rails. Others would say it was cheesy. To me it was absolutely perfect.

Tears started to fill my eyes and the love inside of me just grew for this man. "Do you like it?" He asked, looking all giddy.

"Like it!" I jumped into his arms, he instantly wrapped his arms under my thighs. Kissing him all over his face. "I love it! I love you! This is amazing! This is just." A few happy tears dripped down my cheeks. "This is beautiful." I slammed my lips back on his and we just shared a loving kiss.

"I love you to Angel. You deserve the world and since I can't give you that at the moment." I let out a little chuckle. "I wanted to give you something just as special as the connection between the two of us."

This man.

This man is the love of my life and this just confirmed it.

"Thank you, thank you!" I kissed him one more time, than he put me down. Grabbing my hand and leading us towards the little picnic. We sat down on the blanket, which I could feel had a memory foam mattress underneath so it was quite comfortable. "You really thought of it all." I said, while lifting the blanket.
