Mina bursted in and wrapped her arms around Aeri, Aeri clutched her and started weeping.
Guilt started to run in my veins. I knew she might not like it but I didn't expect her to take it like that.
The fact that I asked my mum to talk to her dad made me the one responsible for what she's going through.
After a few minutes she stopped and hanged her head low, Mina jerked at her towards the door, telling me to go out.
I nodded and did so, outside I could hear nothing but soft muffled voices of the two girls, I waited for more than half an hour until my feet started to hurt from standing still.
Mina walked out and closed the door behind her, she glared at me and walked past me and out, I hesitated but knocked the door twice.
"DON'T COME IN!" She shouted startling me.
I left and ran out to see Mina's car racing down the street, I got into mine and followed her, she stopped in front of her house and glared at my car, she crossed her arms waiting for me to come out and explain my situation.
When I got out the first thing she did was slap me across my cheek, I looked at her horrified.
"This is for Aeri." She said and slapped me again making me even more lost in words, "This is for me."
She ran inside and closed the door behind her, her butler seemed too shocked too, he whispered something a bit comforting but I wasn't paying any attention to him.
I got inside my car and drove to my house, I parked my car and walked in to see Dad lying in bed, his tie loose and his hair missarranged .
"Dad." I said and walked up to him, he raised a hand stopping me midway, he looked me up and down and then closed his eyes again.
"I didn't take my bath yet." He said but the scent of his cologne was almost everywhere, I nodded and sat across from him.
"Heeseung... Why did you agree? What did you see in her?" He asked with his eyes sealed.
"She's beautiful." I answered honestly, "And smart."
"That's not enough reoson." He replied.
"She's also a part of a bet." I said and he looked at me with a smirk.
"If that's the case then prove that you're capable of dating her." He said. "Do you want me to pick for you a psychology professor, my friend, he might teach you a trick or two?"
"No need." I said trying to not get close fi someone who can have direct contact with him.
"Are you scared that he'll tell me what you tell him?" Dad laughed.
"Yes." I replied honestly.
"You need to learn to not answer everything with complete honesty." Mum said emerging out of nowhere.
"Get ready to meet her today. What was her name again?"
"Aeri." I said annoyed with her at this point.
"Yeah, I booked a restaurant for you two. Go get her at six." She said boldly and walked out holding her purse.
"I hope the girl you chose is like your mum." Dad said.
"Cold?"
"Hardworking and smart." Dad said standing up. "Are you going to take her to USA with you?"
"we will have to discuss this." I replied.
"If she agreed immediately don't take her... That proves she has no say." Dad told me with a flat tone.
I almost laughed at that and went to my room to rest for the long night that awaits me.
Just an hour before six I started to dress up and walked up to the mirror, this is the look...

As I walked down the stair mum seemed to be looking at me as if am crazy.
"What are you wearing? Go wear a suit." She said.
"Why should I? Am not a business man after all." I said no wing that will piss her.
"LEE HEESEUNG!" I ignored her shouting and went to the car, a driver stood there but I shook my hands.
"Give me the keys." I said.

I couldn't help but stare at her as she walked up to me, I got out and opened the door for her, she smiled at me, I realised I should do something because her father was there, I gave her a kiss on the hand and helped her inside then turned to her father.
"Heeseung... You're a true gentleman." He complemented me and patted my back.
"I will bring her home safely." I said bowing, then walked inside and drove off.
