Hand in hand, as soulmates should always be, the pair descended the steps into the ballroom, Harrison and the twins trailing behind them - watching, scanning.

The room was dim, barely lit by fairy lights and warm lamps hanging from the cables that cascaded across and around the dancefloor. Dark wooden tables were scattered across the room, an ivy centrepiece adorning each one. Forest leaves and wildflowers covered the back of every chair, bannister and cable - creating a deep woodland feel to the once royal-esque room.

Her dress was the colour of pine trees, cascading behind her in a trail across the floor like moss spreading across the rocks of a riverside, loose loops of mesh fabric hung from her shoulders all the way down to her elbow - where it flared out in an elf-like fashion, a loop of fabric around each middle finger to keep them in place. A short silver chain hung from her neck, resting just below her collarbones, and even daintier chains hung from her ears, covered with tiny glass stars. Her hair was loose, waved and soft like a woodland creek, a baby's breath was woven into the front of her hair, keeping it out of her face.

He stood tall beside her, the power radiating from him with every movement he made. His tuxedo was black, as always. But this time it was not a red pocket square that lay against his chest, but green - the same pine green of her dress. It reminded him of her eyes. A piece of her on him. Always with him.

A tinkle of glass came from behind them, Harrison placing it on a table beside the foot of the stairs and handing Tom the microphone that once lay on the table.

"Welcome, to all of you. It's been a long and hard year, but as always we have tried and tried again and come out on top." He started, murmurs of agreement came from the crowd. "I will always be thankful, for every single one of you that stick by not only my side, but your brothers sides, without question - for every hour of every day. Every one of you keeps these cogs turning, the factory working, and it will never go unnoticed." A cheer came from the men in the room, and Y/N spied Nikki on their right, with a proud smile on her face.

"Before I start with the gratitudes and such, I'm going to let Harrison have a quick drone at you all about what he's thankful for as he always does." Tom smirked, handing the microphone over to his best friend. "Oh shut up, I know you all wait for this every year. It's your favourite part!" Harrison cried, laughter erupting from the crowd.

"Alright alright, settle down." Harrison started, a faint smile on his lips. "First of all, of course, I want to thank all of you for your neverending hard work to make this business the best it could ever be. We really couldn't do it without every single one of you, even you Maguire." He chuckled, pointing a lazy finger into the crowd and throwing out a wink - jeering erupting from around the table. Y/N smiled at how happy they all were to be with each other.

"Next, a big thank you to Nikki," he said, turning his body to his second mother "for being the best stand in mum for every single one of us, even if you do scold us all like we're five year olds." Nikki blew a kiss from the side of the crowd, and then put a middle finger up, causing Y/N to cackle from beside them.

"To Tom. My best friend and the bravest and most tenacious man I have ever met. For not only continuously striving to be better, but for protecting and caring for every one of us every step of the way. I couldn't ask for anyone better as my boss, and brother." Tom gave him a gentle nod, a calm smile on his face.

"And last, but not least," A confused look spread across Y/N's face as Harrison turned towards her. "one of my biggest thank you's to Y/N, for not only being the scariest woman I've ever met, but to being the most loving AND annoying little sister, the most caring friend, and the only partner I would have ever wished for Tom to have. Thank you, for bringing him back to us and for making a home out of this crazy family." A cheer rattled through the room, from every man. Glasses were raised and "To Y/N!" was shouted between them all.
