Mystic Falls Hospital, Matt was sitting alone outside of Caroline's room. Bonnie and Marley arrived and walked over to him. “How is Caroline?” Bonnie asked.
“She's not good, Bon.” Matt replied to her.
Marley sat now next to Matt. “What happened?”
“We were driving and Tyler heard this noise and he got...” Matt replied to her.
Bonnie glanced at Marley. “A noise?”
“He got this migraine or something and he lost control of the car and... I thought that Caroline was fine and then... and then she wasn't so...” Matt trailed off.
“Oh, Matt.” Marley hugged him, well side hugged him.
Moments later, Elena arrived at the hospital, she walked over to Bonnie and Marley as Matt stood up and walked away. “Bonnie, Marley. How's Caroline?”
“She's weak. They don't know if she's going to make it.” Bonnie replied to her.
Elena blinked. “What?” Bonnie embraced Elena, then Marley. Damon was near and peered over at them. “Is there something that you can do? Like a spell or something?”
“I would need to look in my book.” Marley replied to her.
Then, Damon walked towards them. “She doesn't know how, do you?”
“No, I don't.” Bonnie shook with her head.
“No, you don't because it took Emily years to learn a spell like that.” Damon told her.
“Well, I can take down a vampire, that spell was easy to learn.” Bonnie was determined.
“I could help her.” Marley added.
Then, Damon suggested. “I can give Caroline some blood.”
“That could work also.” Marley nodded.
Elena shook with her head. “No, no way.”
“No, just enough to heal her. She will be safe in the hospital and it will be out of her system in a day, she will be better Elena.” Damon told her.
“It's too risky, I can't agree to that.” Elena sighed.
“Do it.” Bonnie wsaw Elena's expression. “This is Caroline. We can't let her die. Do it.”
“I agree, this is our friend.” Marley told her. “If she would know about this, she would want too.” Elena nodded to her.
Damon looked at Bonnie. “If I do this, you and me, call a truce?”
Bonnie shook with her head. “No. But you'll do it anyway. For Elena.” She leaves as Marley rolled with her eyes.
“I’m gonna go too, I need to look in my book.” Marley told them as leaves as well.

Marley was home as she went to look for her book with all the creatures that were in it. She came across with werewolves the other kind than she knew. “Ha!” She pointed at the book. “Knew it.” Then she got a text from Stefan that she needed to come to the Gilbert home.

Elena, Marley and Damon entered the house. Stefan was on the floor but stood up immediately. “Stefan?” Elena rushed over to him.
Stefan looked at her. “Elena.”
“What happened?” Elena asked to him.
“Katherine happened.” Damon exclaimed as Marley and Stefan glanced at each other.
