Laying in bed I fiddled with the piece of paper Eddie gave me. I had been toying with the idea all night about calling him. What would I even say? Did he want me to call him? I felt humiliated by the events last night I'd only make myself more of a fool if I called him.
"So?" Chrissy sang opening my door.

"Ever heard of knocking?" I asked hiding the paper behind my leg.
"What are you hiding?" She asked jumping on my bed.

"Nothing."
"Give me."
"No Chrissy stop." I shouted kicking my feet towards her.

"Truth or dare?" She asked.
"Enough with this stupid game." I rolled my eyes at her.

"Truth or dare truth or dare truth or dare." She sang jumping on my bed like she was a child.
"Fuck! Truth I guess!" I screamed kicking her off my bed. Within that split second I grabbed the folded piece of paper and hid it in the hem of my leggings.

"Tell the truth did you guys kiss last night." She asked.
"No. We just watched a movie."
"Oh?" She tilted her head to the side. "That's all?"

"Scouts honor." I said crossing my finger across my chest.
"Boring." Her lips pouted.

"But I learned he is not in a cult like Jason says." I laughed.

"Maybe he lied to you. Maybe on your second date he'll actually ask you to join!" She said sarcastically leaving my room.

"Close the door!" I shouted.
"Fuck off!"

I let out a deep sigh closing the door, when I walked back to my bed I saw my the phone sitting on my nightstand. Slumping my body against my mattress I slid the paper out of my leggings, I opened it and bit down on my tongue.
Fuck it.

I laid on my bed grabbing the phone my finger lingered over the buttons, I took a deep breath in and dialed his number. The ringing was harsh against my ear. It only rang twice before my hand frantically slammed the phone down.

My heart began to race. I wasn't sure why I wanted to talk to him. But I wanted to. I took a deep breath in and redialed the number.

"Hello?" He mumbled.
"Hi."

"Is this my little sheep calling me?" He laughed, coughing just a bit.
"I'm not you're little anything."
"What do you want."

"I-I don't know." I stuttered through his coughs.
"Why are you coughing?" I asked.
"I just smoked." He was very blunt with his response.

"Oh."
"So" His voice sang through the phone. "What do you want."

"You said to call you when I wanted to talk."
"Oh, what are we talking about hot stuff?"
Hot stuff?

"Uh-what are you doing today?" My voice cracked through the phone.
"Nothing."
"Oh." I don't know how I wanted this to go, but this was not it.

"What about you?" He asked.
"Nothing much, I'm probably gonna tell my mom I'm sick to try to get out of cheer practice." I sighed rolling across my bed.

"Truth or dare."
"Dare." I bit down on my lip, luckily we were on the phone and he wasn't able to see my obnoxious smile.
"I dare you to sneak out tonight and hang out with me."

My chest filled with air at the sound of his voice. I took a moment, thinking about if I actually wanted to do this. I had nothing else to do.
"Ok fine." I said quickly.

"Ha!" He laughed. "Alright, I'll pick you up at nine. I'll be parked down the street."

"Ok."
"Ok see you later Alex." His voice hung low.
"Wait!" I said quickly.
