Miu: I want to know why he left the computer lab and went to the storage room.

Kaito: Well, at least we can narrow down his time of death. He either died before or after Gonta. So, he either died just after 12:30, or just after 13:00...

Kokichi: Thanks for rehashing what Hoshi-chan and I just said. You're really smart Momota-chan.

Kaito: [He glares at him.] It helps me think, Kokichi. [He turns to Miu.] Do you have any idea why Kiibo would've left the lab?

Miu: Maybe...if he thought something happened to me, or if something or someone surprised him.

Ryoma: You mean snuck up on him?

Miu: Yes.

Kaito: Let's put our theories forward.

Ryoma: Yeah. A debate would be the best way to handle this.

Miu: [Uncertain expression.] Honestly, I have no idea why he would've left.

Ryoma: The only thing we know for certain is that he was definitely murdered in Monokuma's storage room.

Maki: Maybe he noticed something? Or heard something?

Himiko: [She wiggles her hands in the air excitedly.] The killer could've lured him out. Just like they lured Gonta out.

Miu: That's a possibility...

Tsumugi: The blackened manipulated two people to their deaths!?

Kirumi: We need to focus on the time. Again.

Maki: Yes. Did Kiibo die after 12:30, or after 13:00?

Tenko: I think it was 12:30. The killer would've had more time.

Kokichi: [He shakes his head strongly.] The killer would've only needed a few minutes to murder him and cover it up. Even at 13:00, they would've had plenty of time.

Tsumugi: Could he have heard Gonta's footsteps and investigated?

Miu: I'm not sure. The computer lab was quite far away from the stairs...

Tenko: Doesn't that rule out 13:00 then? Nothing else happened around that time.

Kaito: [He smirks.] You're wrong Chabashira.

[BREAK]

Kaito: After Gonta died, the lights flickered. Kiibo would've definitely seen it. Everyone- everyone inside, saw it.

Tenko: [Apprehensively.] Ah. I forgot about that.

Kaito: It's likely that Kiibo was curious about it. He must've weighed his opinions and decided to investigate the storage room.

Tsumugi: But- would he have really done that? [She bites her lip.] Wouldn't he have listened to Iruma-san and stayed in the computer lab?

Kaito: No. He definitely left. Because...

Kaito: ...of his Inner Voice. If it had told him to go to the storage room, he would've gone. He always listened to it.

Miu: [She blinks and then nods.] Yes. You're right Momota. His inner voice had priority over everything else. Even his own feelings.
