"Princess, where are you going?" I infringed the orders of our chief and promptly left, clandestinely. My feet were bringing me to nowhere and I had grew very timid at this moment, my eyes had wondered and found myself at a scary deep forest, I was lost

"Where am I?" My fear had started to rose, I heard rustling noises and I tried running somewhere safe, it led me to stumble upon rocks and bunch of unwanted items, I was contending and determined to escape in this sacred labyrinth of wild animals

After running tirelessly and sobbing my way out, I had finally found a cave and at first I was hesitant... I had to go in the cave as it was already getting all gloomy and it seemed like it was going to rain, I sat on the rocks and gazed down on my knees, I had bunch of wound and scratches now, a sigh left my lips and I hugged my knees, I started to weep and hope that someone would look for me

I closed my eyes and rubbed my temples, I felt my heart leaping when I had suddenly heard a snarl and my eyes began to look for what made the unusual sound, I gulped and stood up while holding a stick, I was feeling so skittish now

"W-Who's there?" I uttered, looking around and ready to fight whatever comes out, my eyes then found something strange and slowly brought the weapon I am holding

I was about to hit whatever creature was in front of me when out of the blue, I heard it growling and my heart slowly softened, it was a big cat, a white tiger cub as what I would say and it looked injured... It was curling up and sleeping, I began looking around and hoping that the mother of this offspring won't suddenly pop up and attack me

I sigh and stood up, thinking it is best to leave it alone as it may attack me even if it is an harmless and timid feline, I brought my feet out of the place and halted my steps

The baby cub was crying and I could not help but to feel guilty, I looked down and clenched my fist, I went back to the cave and examined the baby, it looked weak and fragile

Maybe the mother had abandoned it? poor thing... Slowly I brought my hand and gently groomed it's fur, I panicked when it had flinched and bit my lip

"Shh... I-I am here, let me take care of you.." I mumbled and slowly caress it's chin, I examined the baby beast and thought

There are barely tigers and big cats here in japan, I seldomly encounter one and maybe this one got lost, surprisingly, white tigers are also endangered species...

I smiled and slowly took off my coat, the cold breeze touched my skin whereas I shivered from it and covered the wounded feline

It then lets out a low chuff, I took it as a thank you sign and it made all my heart soft, slowly I pat it's head and sigh

It started raining, which made me worried and I was feeling hunger, I hugged my knees while sitting next to the cub, closing my eyes
