Knocking the door twice, Taehyung carefully entered the room when he heard the small 'come in'.
He was sitting alone in the waiting area but thought to check up on Jeongguk so he made his way here.
He came inside and met with a worried Areum. He showed his small smile to her which she returned and he turned his gaze towards the sleeping boy.
His heart clenched by looking at the pale face of the boy who was now sleeping with an IV attached on his right hand.
" How's he now?" He asked almost whispering as he didn't want to disturb the younger.
" He's okay now , I made him sleep after taking meds." Areum said in a slow voice.
That's it. They didn't share any words after that. Areum was caressing her son's hair.
Taehyung's Gaze was fixed on the boy.
He is feeling something inside which he is unable to tell. He feels like someone is clenching his heart in a tight fist and leaving it and then again repeating the process.
His eyes filled with tears but he held it in. He can't see younger like this.
He wants to see his chubby cheeks which now look hollow, He wants to see his doe Bambi eyes in which the whole Galaxy exists which is closed now, He wants to see that bunny smile on his cherry lips which are chapped now.
He came out of his trance when someone knocked on the door.
He turns towards the door along with areum.
" Mrs.Jeon someone is here to meet your husband and he is introducing himself as Mr.jeon's secretary and I told him to wait as Mr.Jeon is busy with Mr.kim but he told me to call you." The nurse informed.
Areum furrowed her eyebrows
" Mr. Lee is here ?" She asked more of herself.
The nurse nods and lefts. Areum turns to taehyung.
" Tae can you please stay here with ggukie?I'll be back in no time."
" Sure aunt." Tae said and areum left the room not before closing the door behind.
Tae sighed and sat on a chair. He looks at younger and looking at him from this much closer his heart urges him to touch the younger.
He fights with his inner self to not to do so but at last he fails and slowly takes his hand towards Jeongguk's head.
