Chapter 8

Danny

I went downstairs softly not waking up Nessa. I was going to make breakfast in bed. I hummed a song while making breakfast in my boxers. I almost dropped a cup when mum came out of nowhere.

'Shit, I did it again didn't I', my mum said. 'No not at all', I said sarcastic. 'Danny... I'm really sorry about what happened last night', my mum said. 'Hmm, you kind a screwed the moment up', I grumbled. Mum giggled. 'Sorry Danny, I go talk to Nessa, hope she doesn't feel awkward around me', my mum said. 'Thanks mum, you do like her right?', I asked. 'Are you kidding, I love her Danny, she is like a daughter to me, it hurt me when I heard her family had no room for her at Christmas time, Andi was right to bring her here, and with you two finding each other, I couldn't be more happier Daniel', mum said. I wrapped my arms around her and hugged her. 'Were was that for Daniel?', my mum mumbled. 'Just because I don't see you a lot, which is more my fault than yours, but when I see you, I want to make the most of it', I said. 'You are a good son Danny, don't ever forget that', my mum said. 'As long as I give you those grandkids you want', I grumbled. 'You got it', my mum said laughing.

I opened the door with breakfast in my hand, it was hard, but it worked. Andi was awake and wanted to help. 'No no no... it's meant to be breakfast in bed', I ordered as put it on the bed and handed a rose over to her. It was still wet from the rain from last night. 'Danny... you are so sweet', she said. I kissed her pink lips. I could get used to this. No problem.

'I am going to spend the day with you', I said playfully. 'Really is that so', she said with a smile. 'That is so babe, I have a whole day planned out for us, I really want to spend time with you because the day after tomorrow I have to go back on tour', Danny said. 'And I need to find myself a job, Dan, I promise you I won't be that girlfriend that will withhold you from your dream, I am going to follow mine and you yours, we meet in the middle', Nessa said smiling.

This was one of the reasons I love her. She was so open en honest about what she wanted and didn't feared me going after some hot crazy fans who wanted me for being Danny O'Donoghue.

'Babe are you okay?', she asked with her sweet voice. She touched my arm softly for support. 'I am going to miss you when I am on tour', I said. 'Oh well I am going to miss you too', she said and she kissed me. 'I am going to miss your sweet kisses, our time together with just the two of us, your amazing sex', she said. That made me smile. No one has ever told me how I was in bed. For all I know it sucked, Nessa was the first woman who dared saying that. 'I promise that I am going to attend at least one show from you', Nessa said. 'Aaaw Ness, I forget that you are a fan', I said with a smile and as surprise I had two tickets for a concert in Sydney. 'Meet me there?', I asked. 'I meet you everywhere', she said and she threw her arms around me and kissed me. Her warm pink lips her skin touching mine. 'Oooh', I moaned as she let her hands go under my shirt. My heart was racing faster and faster while she removed my shirt. 'I love you', I said. 'I love you too', she whispered back as she pressed her lips upon me again.

Our morning was perfect. We came downstairs hand in hand and mum was making tea. 'Do you guys want some?', she asked. 'Hell yeah', I said smacking with my lips. 'You too hun?', mum asked Nessa. 'Yes please', Nessa said with her warm smile. 'Morning', Andi said when she came downstairs with a big yawn. She grinned at us. 'Did we woke you up?', I asked smiling. 'Yes you where very loud', Andi teased. 'Babe, I told you already, don't scream out my name so loudly, I know I am awesome, but...', Nessa said and we all laughed. 'Thank you for being there for me last night, it didn't hit me until yesterday that Avery and I broke up', Andi said. 'It's okay hun', I said smiling. 'So... what about you and Glen?', I asked. 'Me and Glen?', Andi asked confused. 'Yeah you where kissing him at Marks party', I said. 'I was what?', Andi asked confused. 'You were all over him, did you drunk that much?', Nessa asked. 'No not at all... I think, if it's true what you said, what did Glen said about me, anything?', Andi asked. 'No, not really, I'm sorry, but he isn't drunk, he is the sober one remember', I said. 'Oh... was I so bad then?', Andi asked. 'You should talk about it with him, not with me', I said. 'Sorry', Andi grinned. 'You often forget that the walls are thin brother', Ian said walking downstairs. 'Shut it', I said.

'Enough with those two, just leave them alone okay', my mum said. 'That's the problem of having a big family, you get teased a lot', Ian said with a wink to Nessa who giggled. 'Stop winking to my girlfriend idiot', I said rolling my eyes.

'Girl you have no idea what we are going to do today', I said flirting with my eyes to her. She giggled. 'Wow, looks like you have two O'Donoghue's at your feet', Andi said with a smile. 'I only have eyes for one, sorry Ian', Nessa said and she kissed me softly on my lips. 'Eeeew get a room', Ian said. 'We have one, upstairs', Nessa said.

'Baby, would you come with me, we are going into town today', I said. 'I follow you, lead the way babe', Nessa said. 'Hmmm I like the sound of that', I said.

'Why are we going to the roof?', Nessa asked. 'No reason', I said.

On the roof was actually a helicopter waiting for us. 'No way, you've got to be kidding me', Nessa said her eyes grew bigger. 'All of us baby, we are going to London, it's faster by this thing than an airplane actually', I said. 'You are amazing Daniel John Mark Luke O'Donoghue', Nessa said. I smiled when she used my full name. 'Baby, don't ever use my full name again', I warned her. She rolled with her eyes at me.

We used the helicopter to get to London were we landed on a deserted spot. 'We are going back to Dublin today, it's just that in London we have our first gig there from our No Sound Without Silence tour, I would love to give you a taste for how it's going to be', I said. She replied to me with a kiss.

We actually had a picnick on the empty stage and watched over an empty room that will be a giant pack of people tomorrow.

'Baby you will kill this tour like you did before', Nessa said. She pressed her lips upon me again. So soft, so sweet. I kissed her right back. 'You are my world now girl, and I'll be damn sure you are not leaving it', I said. 'I'm never leaving you', Nessa said.

We went back to Dublin late that day and we met up with the lads. Glen brought his son, Mark brought Rina and well of course Nessa came with me. We all went to The Temple Bar in Dublin. One of our favourite spots.

'So... we are here for saying goodbye to our loved once for a long while', Glen said looking proud at his son. 'I know you are going to be brilliant son, I'm sorry I can't be with you all the time', Glen said. His 16 year old son would do brilliant at school. We all know it. His son smiled at his dad and hugged him. 'I know this is your dream dad, make the most of it', he said. I got almost tears in my eyes when he said that. I looked at Nessa. She was the first girl in a long time I wanted to spend more then just days with. Mark told his wife that he loves her and would miss her every moment of the day, he would also miss his kids. I wondered if I would ever have kids like Glen and Mark. Would I make a good father. Then it was my turn to say a few words, bring out a toast.

'So Nessa, I know it's only been two weeks since we've met, but it feels like a life time already, it's been a long time I've been this happy with a girl. You make me feel alive again, I am going to miss you every day, I love you baby', I said. 'I love you too', Nessa said and she kissed me.

That night we went back to our home and I simply layed next to her. She nuzzled against me and her hairs tickled my naked skin. This day went perfect. Boy I'm going to miss her.
