Danny

The next few days were amazing. I spend them all with Nessa. The whole week. I got dressed, fixed my hair and went downstairs. Last night was fun, sex with Nessa was amazing.

'Your very cheerful this morning, what's the matter with ya?', my mum asked. 'What... oh nothing, stepped out of bed with the right foot I guess', I said. 'You walk different', my mum noticed. Shit. Mothers know everthing! Damn. 'Don't worry love, I'm not going to say anything to Andi, she would freak out, you are carefull right', my mum said. 'Mum please', I begged. 'Okay, just don't be a heartbreaker', my mum said. 'Mum we are just fooling around, it's nothing serious', I said. 'You are using her for sex, Dan... that is so not you, doesn't sound like Nessa either', my mum said. 'Please stay out of it, Nessa and I are friends with benefits okay, just don't tell Andi', I said. 'I won't, learn from your own mistakes D', my mum said.

Andi came around noon and saw me and Nessa chilling in the jaquizzie. Nessa looks really hot in a bikini by the way. 'You two are lazy as hell aren't ya', Andi said with a smile. 'We are', Nessa said smiling. 'Why don't ya join us sis', I said. 'Nah thanks, too cols for my taste brother', Andi said with a smile. I saw that Nessa was biting her lip a little. It was her sign that she was in the mood for sex, or well... I thought it was.

I grabbed her by her waste once Andi was out of sight. 'Dan, what the hell, no they can see us', she said. 'But you are biting your lip', I said. 'So', she said. 'You are in the mood when you are biting your lip right?', I asked. 'Who told you that, am I an open book or something, look that I am in the mood doesnt mean we should act on it', she said. 'Bull shit', I replied. 'Dan... please don't be like this, we are friends first, then the benefits right?', Nessa asked.

I felt like such an asshole when she said those two words. 'I'm sorry, you are right', I said. 'But you are right about me being in the mood, let's go too the barn', Nessa said. 'Good thinking, it has a lock, Ian used it all the time', Danny said. 'Blah blah blah, too much detail', Nessa said covering her ears. She locked the door and kissed me. 'I thought you said no Pretty Woman', I said confused. 'You are to good of a kisser not to kiss you', Nessa said.

Our bodies clatched against each other. She sat on the floor which couldn't be to comfterble. 'Dan... my but', she comlained. 'What about it?', I asked. 'Can you grab a pillow or something, it hurts like hell', she said. 'Oooh yeah', I said grabbing the first pillow I saw.

We both came. It was really nice again. She was really good in bed. She had no complains about me so far. We walked out of the barn with our bikini's it was bloody freezing outside. Then Nessa slipped over the snow and fell into the ice water of the pool. She screamed. It was not meant to be funny this time. I didn't hasitate for one second. Before my mum, Ian and Andi were there to see what was going on I already jumped into the freezing water. It felt like knives were cutting. All my hairs were standing up. Not in a good way. I swom towards Nessa who tried to swim towards the side. I helped her get up and then she helped me. Our warming up from a second ago was just gone. Now we were both ice cubes.

My mum had towels ready. 'I... I... I... s...s...or...ry', Nessa said filled with shame. 'N...n...essaa, d...d...d...on...t be', I stuttered from the cold. 'What happened', Mandy said worried. 'Nessa fell in, Dan saved her, the superheroe', my mum said proudly. 'Jesus, that must be freezing, here lets get you guys a warm bath', Ailish said. 'Dan you saved my sorry ass', Nessa said smiling. Or attempt to smile. 'N...nnnooo you can go first', I said. 'Just go together already, you both have bathing suits on', Ailish said rolling her eyes.

So it happened that Ness and I shared a bath with everyone knowing why. This wasn't suppose to happen. 'Sorry', Nessa mumbled as she was sliding in the bath. 'Don't be', I replied sliding in the bath as well. It felt really nice. 'Dan... thank you, I would do the same for you', Nessa said with a weak smile. Instead of sitting across me she came towards me and leaned against my chest. I put my head on her shoulder. 'Jesus babe your still freezing', I said. 'Don't call me babe, I'm not your babe', Nessa said with a smile playing with my hands that were on the side of the bath. 'What are you?', I asked. 'I'm your friend', Nessa said with a smile.

We both warmed up pretty quickly from the bath. I heard a knock. 'Come in', I said as I was dressed for a change. It was Andi. 'Hey are you okay?', she asked bringing me some hot chocolate. 'Yeah I'm fine, it was Ness who was shaken up, she fell in, I jumped in', I said. 'I'm glad you two are such good friends in such a short amout of time', Andi said. 'I like her, you have a good friend there Andi, you should have introduced me to her sooner, why did you waited this long to bring her along, you knew you could trust her, I knew that from the second I met her, you must have known too', I said. 'Look, I lover her like my sister, I don't want either of you to get hurt, so be careful okay, I know you flirt a lot with her, either you really like her, or you are just teasing, I can never tell, Nessa is not anyone you know, it's my best friend, I can't lose her because you two are fighting', Andi said. 'We are not fighting, we are friends', I said. 'Yeah sure Dan, I saw you sneaking into her room again, you guys are fooling around, I know it, don't screw it up for me too Dan, please', Andi begged. 'I won't, I promise', I said and I meant it. Andi's words touched me.

'What did you got for her for Christmas?', she asked suddenly. 'I got a big surprise for her, not something for the family to see since it's a really big present and it's not what we agreed on', I confessed. 'Dan... you are sweet, she is not even your girlfriend', Andi said. 'She is my friend, besides Mark and Glen who are more my family then friends, she is my best friend, the only friend', I said. 'I love you two, don't screw it up', Andi warned for a last time.

This was Christmas eve and presents were not yet to be opened until tomorrow. Tonight we were going to watch Home Alone 1 & 2 with the whole family. Nessa came downstairs dressed up warm and comfy like myself. She went to sit down next to me. 'What', I said to Ian who looked at us. 'Nothing, it's just that the two of you seem awfully close these days', Ian said with a smile. 'Were friends', Nessa said smiling back at him. 'Hmmm you guys tell yourselves that', Ian said and he sat down next to Mandy.

We watched the movie and laughed our asses off. Those two from Home Alone stayed funny, no matter how many times you've watched them. After that my mum had a little surprise for us, tomorrow we would go out for dinner instead of staying home.

Everyone was going to bed. Andi and Nessa talked way to long for my taste. A lot of giggles went on in that room. It was clear that they had a lot of catching up to do. I've waited for Andi to leave the room and with my Christmas present in my hand I knocked. 'Dan', she said smiling. She let me in. 'What are you doing here so late, I thought you were sleeping, or are you... because I'm sorry I'm not', she said. 'Huh, oh no that is not why I came, I came to give you an early Christmas present', I said. 'Danny you shouldn't have', she said wit a smile on her face.

She opened the gift and her jaw dropped. 'Danny this... I can't accept this, this is way to expensive!', she said. I bought her a really good camera. A Nikon. 'Danny... I... just... thank you so much, this really is too much', she said giving me a quick kiss on my lips and hugged me tight.

'Dan... you've been too good to me, so it's only fair if I do the same in return, I have something for you', Nessa said. 'Hope you like it', she said handing over a big package. 'Noooo you didn't, girl... you didn't', I said as I unpacked my present. She bought me a brand new guitar. She put a message on it on the inside of the strings. 'For Danny from Nessa'. Nessa stood there watching my every move.

'Looks like you were going out of your budget too, good that my family isn't here to see, they would think we are both crazy, of course they are going to see, but then not everyone is going to respond at once', I said. 'Exactly', Nessa said. I carefully put the guitar down and kissed her. Not a quick kiss. A long kiss. Her eyes locked and captured by mine. Shit... what was I doing. Reality hit me and I let her go. This was exactly what we both promised wouldn't happen. I'm in deep shit... but there was no way in hell I would ever admit that.
