I truly believe both the Zenin sisters are lesbian. I think Maki knows it but Mai is in the closet. Maki seems like she would tell people she really trusts, like Panda and Inumaki, but prefers to keep it on the down low.

Mai knows she has never felt strongly attracted to men. She has an idea she likes girls, but keeps it in the corners of her subconscious. Both sisters know each others' secret. Also the love triangle situation between Nobara and the Zenin girls gives me life lol
