Biology - Hange Zoe (Principal)
Hange sticks to her specialty, life science, and uses lots of hands on and real-life experiments and tactics in her class. Also being leader of the Scouts, she is the principal of the Cadet school.

Field Training - Levi and Mikasa Ackerman
Basically the physical training and combat aspect of the cadet's training.
Levi would specialize in discipline, stamina training, and combat strategy while Mikasa would specialize in ODM gear use, weapon technique, and agility.
Jean and Conny serve as assistant teachers to this class. (which is convenient for Levi. He just enjoys watching his comrades drop and give him 100 push ups just because he says so.)

History of Eldia and the World - Armin Arlert
I was gonna put Eren as this teacher but he would let his personal opinions get in the way of giving an unbiased view. He would turn the class into violent restorationists like Floch :(
Armin is a much better teacher, and a good person to confide in when grappling with the pretty dark topics present in Eldia's history of the world. He also has an innate ability to inspire curiosity and unlock every cadets' passion for learning.

Braus Cuisine and Nutrition - Nicolo
This class is payed in tribute to Sasha Braus. If anyone knew the importance of food in a scouts life, it was her, and if anyone wanted to carry out this legacy to the next generation of scouts, it's Nicolo.
This class teaches young cadets the importance of food in a scouts life, including the positive effect a good meal has on mental health, and the nutritional properties of food for maximum strength. Cadets learn how to cook and prepare food in this class.

Language Arts - Pieck Finger
Pieck teaches language like reading and writing (which is useful for scouts to analyze and send letters and identify possible codes). She also teaches art, specifically photography and interpreting images and paintings.

Zeke teaches basic maths to the Cadets, as well as geography, which is quite useful for Scouts in real life situations and missions.

Titan Studies - Eren Jeager
Eren teaches anything and everything relating to Titans: specialties and purposes of the Nine Titans, importance of the paths, titan bodies and physicality, hardening ability, the inheriting procedure, the list goes on!
This is doodie but enjoy the tiny bit of creativity I found in myself while I procrastinate writing something of actual substance :)
