fushiguro is attracted to a persons "vibe". the energy surrounding a person is what mostly determines his attraction. this applies to all genders, too.

he is more of a shy lover, especially compared to yuji and his other friends. he likes private quality time, but he also likes watching you shine in a group setting. he isn't super touchy at first, but he definitely enjoys it more as your relationship is better established.

he likes experiences where he gets to better understand your soul. he wants to connect on a deeper level. trauma bonds are an easy way to his heart. oddly, life or death situations are a good way for him to read a persons aura and fall in love.

fushiguro doesn't always express his love, but that doesn't mean he doesn't feel it. he can be a very passionate lover, he just doesn't wear his heart on his sleeves like some of his friends do.

he also dislikes the modern relationsip paradigm that is based off of physical attraction, because he is one of the special kinds that is genuinely attracted to personality first before body and looks.

this combination makes it difficult for him to find love because sometimes he makes the situation hard to read. because he doesn't obey these modern day dynamics of immediately expressing interest and shooting his shot (basically just making it clear that he wants to fxck), it makes it harder for the person on the other end to get a hint. his first form of affection is observing intently.

though these factors can make it hard to tell if he's into you, there are some clear signs when he does show interest.

he is an observer. if you can feel his gaze on you, or catch him staring for a while, that is one way that shows hes interested in you. fushiguro is a very efficient man. he doesn't waste time. if he takes his time looking at you, something might be up.

a deeper telltale sign is if he starts to open up to you. obviosuly he's not just going to break open like christmas present, he will slowly reveal more over time. when i mean slowly i mean so slow that you wont be able to notice it until you look back in time and see it in retrospect.

but a very keen eye will observe it. he wouldn't waste his time talking about himself, his past, his dreams, his morals, or anything else deep when he could be getting shit done somewhere else.

if you're making him laugh, you're either a superb stand up comic or he's a little bit into you. he only laughs at people that are genuine. and he only ever wastes his time dividing the genuine soulful people from the shallow fakes if he thinks you are special. which means you've caught his eye at some point. good for you :)

basically, there is one rule you can follow to guess if he is into you or not: megumi is practical and efficient. he gets shit done and doesn't dilly dally. he knows his priorities, and he doesn't dance around the truth. if he feels morally grey about something, he will sit down and sort it out into black and white until he comes to a conclusion.

just because megumi is a gentle lover doesn't mean he isn't a deep lover. he enjoys understated gestures and special moments. he isn't into gifts that much, but he really appreciates a thoughtful gift every once in a while. some example would be if you surprised him with a trip to tokyo and treated him to a nice meal, buy him his favorite mochi on a hard day, get him a quality sweatshirt for a special occasion, etc.

with that being said, if you receive a gift from megumi then consider yourself a very special person to him. he doesn't waste what he doesn't have to, so if he is spending his valuable time and money on another person then he likes them very much.

the special thing about him is that when he likes you, he pays attention to every word you say. you are important to him, and he wants to absorb as much of you as he can. This is especially rewarding because if he buys you gifts they are exactly what you want.

megumi wants to be on the level where if you are his, he wants to vibrate in the same spiritual level as you. he wants to be so emotionally connected that you don't have to speak a word to eachother but he knows exactly what you want, need, and desire in any given moment.

if you're having a bad day, he knows exactly what your favorite snacks and drinks are. he knows what nice clothes are on your Wishlist and carefully shops for you for special occasions. he isn't corny with his gifts, but he does make sure to take care of you on anniversaries and birthdays.

sex isn't always a pillar of your relationship. he enjoys it but only after he thoroughly gets to know you on a very personal level. some of his friends and peers his age strive for sex in relationships but for him its just an added specialty that comes with loving a person. he wants to love someone in the pure sense of the word. he wants to make love, not have sex.

he's a switch, but usually starts as a top. as your relationship progresses he likes changing it up. a curve ball every once in a while keeps him on his toes and give him a little thrill. he isn't super kinky but is down to try anything you are both comfortable with.
