Dreams

The thoughts inside my mind are racing,

After my future dreams I'm chasing.

I jump at every opportunity,

But it causes me to lose immunity.

Told you I'm chasing after my dream,

But to me it's harder than it actually seems.

It's extremely hard to turn back,

When we've already started walking on track.

Not a day goes by,

Without me wondering why.

I try to take the challenge, take the dare,

And then my classmate gives me a deathly glare.

I never get a good sleep,

And that's before I start to weep.

I know to bring reality to this dream will take long,

But that's only if I continue to prolong.

So, this is inspired by my own experiences again, because I want to accomplish my future dreams but am struggling.
