Vegeta x Goku x Reader: Trapped in the Middle

Three New Lives

** Twenty years passed**

In the past twenty years,

You- Eventually got a job about five years ago, you ended up becoming a social worker, you had the overwhelming urge to help and protect kids. It was an amazing job for you, and you excelled in it. The only information you instilled in yourself was where you came from and what you were, you continued to train every day and were stronger than you had ever been. You would secretly use your Saiyan powers to aid you in your line of work. You had let more and more of your old life fade away with each pill you took. You forgot about Goku, Vegeta, Bulma everyone, you forgot about Miso and Jade, Black and Zamasu, and lastly Maven. You felt and looked amazing not having all those horrible memories gang up on you constantly. As for love, well you still didn't trust men so any relationship you had with them if any, you kept your distance.

Bulma and Yamcha- Were still happily married, they both still remembered and missed you. They were both still using Bulma's youth serum, so even though twenty years passed by, they still looked and felt like they were in their thirties. Their grandson was getting ready to leave for university now, so they are working on getting him ready to leave. 

Goku- Dedicated himself to training and keeping Earth safe. Any threat that came around, Goku was there to stop it, with the help of Vegeta of course. Chi-Chi tried to come back into his life a few times, but it never really worked out the same again.

Vegeta- Also dedicated himself to training. He didn't care about keeping the earth safe, but he still helped when Goku would call on him.

Bulma had tried to set up both Saiyan's multiple times since you left. No woman would put up with Vegeta long enough to break through to his warm side, and Goku was just a lost puppy that didn't know how to talk or treat a woman. You had a way with both of them that no other woman seems to be able to figure out. Eventually she gave up on trying to set them up.

17 had another child making that a total of two now, and he is happily married while he guards his island of rare animals.

18 and Krillin, also still happily married, they have four kids now, Krillin still works 2 jobs while 18 manages all the kids.

The past twenty years had been relatively quiet. There were still bad guys trying cause trouble, but it was never anything Goku and Vegeta couldn't handle.

Until now...

Tale ended up coming to work for Bulma a few years after you left. He didn't really have anywhere else to turn to, it helped that he was good at building things and technology. He ended up discovering a threat that would impact many different planets if it was not stopped.

"Ok so we gathered everyone here to talk strategy" Tale said.

"Ugh why, Goku and I will just..." Vegeta started to say.

"No, this is different!" Tale yelled.

Vegeta gave him a look. "I-I mean t-this is different V-Vegeta, s-sorry" Tale said timidly.

"Vegeta, stop intimidating Tale. Go ahead tell us what makes this threat different" Goku said.

"It's a gang of three guys, they are extremely fast and strong. They were kicked off their planet when they were young because their leaders saw them as being too weak. They were beaten severely and were then dropped off and left for dead on a random planet. During those years they fought to become stronger and faster. They succeeded and went back to their planet by building their own ship. Once they got there, they annihilated everyone, spared no one since they felt no one stuck up for them so everyone should die. I think the power went to their head, so they've been scavenging planets, taking what they want and killing everyone who stands in their way. Now their latest planet they have targeted is Earth. They are headed this way and should be here within three days."
