Sudden Changes (Undertale Sans x reader)

You introduced yourself to sans and were enjoying each others company for hours. Laughing at stupid jokes, watching him get drunk over.. ketchup? You sat closer to him making sure he wouldn't fall back since his head seemed so heavy for him.

"ya know, Y/N, at first i thought you would hate me because of the pajamas thing. i kept on embarrassing you because your reaction was so cu-" sans abruptly cut off.

"Was so?"

"dunno."

"Was so what sans!"

"dunno, i forgot." he said, with a tint of blue on his face.

So stupid, but so cute. Wait, I have a crush on a monster already..? Fuck..

You took out your napkin and put it on your right hand. You held sans' face closer to you,

"h-hey, what do you think you're doing?" sans drunkenly asked with the blue tint growing even more on his cheeks.

You wiped off the drool and ketchup on his face, not knowing what you were doing and how close you were to sans.

"There, all better and cleaner now!" You said reassuringly.

"y-yeah, thanks kid." sans said whilst looking at your eyes.

You blushed, the tint of red being more saturated.

"oops. sorry for staring." sans quickly pulled from your touch and rested his head on the counter.

A taller skeleton barged in with a fish lady who had a red ponytail.

"SANS!!!!!"
"SANS!!!"

they both said in unison. Sans still resting his head on the counter and seeming to sleep through the whole thing while you were in confusion.

"FRISK WAS RIGHT! THERE IS ANOTHER HUMAN THAT WE CAN BEFRIEND HERE!" The taller skeleton yelled.

"IT IS I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS! AND I WILL BEFRIEND YOU HUMAN WITH MY FAMOUS SPAGHETTI!" He shouted cheerfully.

"Frisk told us there was a human here! I WANT TO SEE THE HUMAN! NGAAH!" The fish lady charged at you with determination.

"nope," The fish lady stopped in mid air. You looked at sans to see his right eye being blue and yellow while one of his hands which was on the table, have a blue gas surrounding it.

"can't do that." sans said defensively.

"SANS PUT UNDYNE DOWN THIS INSTANT!!" Papyrus yelled

"ok bro," sans dropped undyne and let her hit the floor.

Undyne had gotten up and shook your hand extremely hard and with a lot of force. You felt as if your hand was breaking into pieces and some tears managed to swell at the corner of your eyes.

"undyne be gentler or else you're gonna rib them apart." sans joked.

You giggled, even though in great pain.

"NYEEH!! STOP IT WITH YOUR HORRIBLE PUNS SANS!!!! UNDYNE WE MUST GET OUT THIS INSTANT. EVEN THE HUMAN HAS BEEN INFECTED!!!!" Papyrus stormed out of Grillby's whilst pulling undyne along who seemed like she was trying to resist.

You tried to soothe your hand by rubbing it gently, before being interrupted by sans.

"lemme look, kid." sans said, whilst gently holding your hand and putting his somehow warm thumb to rub against your palm.

You blushed heavily and looked at the ground, trying to avoid eye contact. Looking at the ground until you heard snickering from the bar.

"Look at sans trying to flirt with that human!!" One of the dogs who seemed to be a couple yelled out before the bar exploded into loud snickering.

When looking back at sans, his pinpoint eyes were gone. It was all black and he seemed to be.. blushing?

"cmon kid, lets get outta here." sans quickly held your hand tight and teleported right outside of Grillbys.

You told sans that it was okay and he was probably just being nice to you, but he seemed to be looking at the ground and still holding on tight to your hand.

"Oh! Right, sorry about that." You tried to stop
holding sans' hand whilst blushing.

"oh, yeah, sorry kid." sans said gloomily.

He let go of your hand and you pat his shoulder saying its fine. You ask him to tell you more jokes as you would lead him to your farm so he could see some of the animals you owned. Sans agreed happily and started to throw out all types of bad puns while walking along with you.
