CHAPTER THIRTY NINE

Paige

"Babe you have to get up." Kenny said from behind me so I shook my head.

"Just hold me a little while longer." I said and he nodded before holding me.

"Have you talked to the twins?" Kenny asked carefully.

"Not yet." I said softly.

"It's been a week Paige." Kenny said and I sighed.

"I know. How's school?" I asked him and he shrugged.

"Shitty. Let me just put it this way, I'm one out of three gay kids in the school." He said and I frowned.

"What's so bad about that. Date one of them." I said and he sighed.

"They're already dating each other." He said in a duh tone.

"Well make a sandwich. That's what I did." I said and he chuckled.

"Paige King you are one dirty ass bitch." He said before placing a kiss on my cheek. "Now get up!" He yelled loudly.

"Okay." I whispered before climbing out of bed.

"Paige!" I heard my dad yelling from downstairs.

"You have visitors!" He yelled again.

I smiled before fixing my hair. I quickly pulled some sweats on before dribbling downstairs. When I saw Dario and Luciano I ran straight into their arms and they just hugged me.

"We're sorry." They said at the same time and I nodded before smiling.

"I'm sorry, for everything. And I forgive you." I told Dario who placed a kiss on my lips.

"I missed you." I said and they chuckled.

"Same." They said in unison.

"Wanna go grab something to eat?" Rio asked and I looked down at my clothes.

"I'm a mess." I said and Luciano pulled me outside.

"A beautiful mess." He said and I laughed before getting in the car.

"You're dressed in designer outfits and I'm wearing dirty sweats." I said and Rio bursted out laughing.

"They're dirty? But you smell so good." He said and I just shook my head at him.

"That's because she's perfect." Luciano teased so I hit his arm.

"Says the guy dressed in Givenchy." I said and Luciano rolled his eyes at me. Today is the best freaking day of my whole entire life.

"I love you." I said and Luciano pulled me into his arms.

"I love you too." He whispered into my ear and I smiled broadly.

"I love you." I said before placing a kiss on Rio's cheek.

"I love you." He said with a smile on his face before placing his focus back on the road. I sat back down next to Luciano before nestling my face in the crook of his neck.

We drove along the coast in a comfortable silence and for the first time in my life I couldn't stop smiling.

After a few minutes of driving we stopped at a small restaurant near the ocean. We walked inside and a waitress led us outside onto the terrace.

"It's so pretty." I said in awe while looking down at the ocean and the twins smiled at each other.

Luciano pulled my chair out for me so I thanked him. The brothers took their seats before looking at me and I smiled.

"What?" I asked curiously and they smiled at me. I watched how the sun set behind the mountains, leaving the sky in a pink universal swirl.

"Can we order I'm kinda hungry." I said shyly and Rio laughed at me. "Don't laugh at me." I said and he stopped before calling the waiter over.

The waitress placed a tray in front of me and I frowned slightly. She did the same for Luciano and Dario and I smiled broadly before lifting the lid.

"Stop!" I said in disbelief.

"Yes sir." Rio said and I smiled broadly.

"A shawarma?" I asked in disbelief and Rio nodded but Luciano just laughed at me.

"I've always wanted to try a shawarma." I said before taking a bite and moaning in content.

"I just had a foodgasm." I said and the twins laughed at me. "This is so good." I said before continuing my meal. I noticed that they weren't eating so I frowned.

"Okay I'm done." I said before frowning at them. "We can leave if you guys don't wanna be here." I said before getting up and they're facial expressions turned blank.

The twins both stood up before going down on their knees and my hands flew to my mouth.

Shoelaces?
