• CHAPTER FORTY •

Paige

"Paige King would you make us the happiest men on earth?" Luciano asked.

"And marry us?" Rio continued and I nodded.

"Yes." I slowly said and they smiled at me.

Dario placed a ring on my finger so I kissed him passionately. Luciano placed his ring on my finger before placing a kiss on my hand and I smiled at him before placing a slow kiss on his lips.

We joined each other in a hug and I was smiling from ear to ear.

"Wait how do we get married?" I asked before we all laughed.

"Better question is where." Rio said.

"Somewhere this is legal." Luciano said and I nodded.

"Holy shit I'm engaged!" I said in disbelief and Luciano spun me around in the air.

We drove back home and this time Rio sat in the backseat with me. He slowly wrapped his arms around me while playing with my hair.

Luciano stopped in their driveway and Rio helped me out of the car. I suddenly felt dizzy and as I was about to faint Rio caught me.

"Hey baby girl, are you okay?" He asked and I frowned before nodding. Luciano came rushing over to us before picking me up into his arms.

He carried me into the house so I thanked him.

"Something's wrong." I said softly as Luciano placed me on a couch.

"What do you mean?" Rio asked in concern. "Do you want me to call the doctor?"

"Maybe we should take her to the hospital." Luciano said so I shook my head.

"No, I'm probably just tired." I said and they nodded before sitting on the couch with me. I rested my head on Rio's lap while my feet were on Luciano's legs.

"Can we watch a movie?" I asked them and Luciano switched the tv on before putting it on a random war movie.

I started feeling nauseous but I ignored it at first but the feeling wasn't going away.

"I have to use the bathroom." I said before running down the hallway and closing the bathroom behind me.

I sat in front of the toilet and in a few seconds the vomit started pushing up in my throat so I emptied my guts. When I was done I rested my back against the wall before flushing the toilet.

I wiped my tears away before breathing tiredly.

Something's not right.

I got up from the ground before drinking some water from the tap. I splashed my face with the cold water before going outside.

I went back to Luciano and Dario and they both smiled at me.

"Can we call it a night? I'm kinda tired." I said and they nodded. They walked me to my room and I thanked them for everything.

"I love you." I said before kissing them.

"Love you too." They said at the same time before leaving my room. I cried softly before crawling under my covers.
