Hope's POV:

"Werewolves are real! I always, always said the stories of monsters in the forest were real. And no one believed me." Bucky said making me roll my eyes.

"Really? Because I distinctly remember last week, before you got on the bus, that you said there was no such thing as monsters in the forest?" I asked, crossing my arms.

He turned angrily to me and then to the crowd of teenagers, giving a fake smile.

"I don't know what she's talking about. You know her situation, she has amnesia, she must have messed up." Bucky said, sending me a "sympathetic" look. I laughed but said nothing.

"I thought werewolves were just myths." Stacey said, confused.

"Yeah, like cavities." Jacey said and everyone looked at him strangely. "They are real too?"

"Werewolves, ew. I really hope my allergies don't act up." Lacey said as I rolled my eyes again.

"Please can I have one? I'm the only zombie in my class. A werewolf friend would be great. I'll feed him and walk him." Zoey asked, causing Hope to laugh.

"Yeah, werewolves ain't class pets, Zoey. And they certainly ain't friendly." Zevon explained to Zoey which made me frown.

"Well, they're not necessarily bad. We haven't talked to them, we don't know if they're good or not. They might be friendly." I said.

"I highly doubt it, Hope. You know what they did, don't you? They attacked us, and I really don't think they'll suddenly become friendly." Zed said as I just shrugged.

"Hope, do you want a werewolf friend?" Zoey asks curiously.

"Well, if they're good, I don't mind." I said to Zoey.

Then Missy hit her gavel: "By order of city council, effective immediantly, all anti-monster laws are reinstated."

Most people applauded.

"Mom, that is unfair!" Addison screamed, but Missy motioned for her to be quiet.

I see Zed go to talk to Addison and after a while, he drops to one knee in front of her.

"Addison. Will you make me the luckiest zombie and be my date to Prawn?" Zed asked.

"No." Addi said.

"Great! No?" Zed asks in surprise.

"Everyone's freaking out about werewolves, so the anti-monster laws are in affect again, which means..."

"Zombies can't go to the Prawn. Ouch." Bucky interrupted Addison.

"Shut up." I punched Bucky on the shoulder as he glared at me.

"But we're going to fight this, Zed." Addison reassured him.

"Okay, so that's why you said no?"

"Yeah." Addison said as Zed smiled.

"Why are you smiling?" Addison asked Zed.

"Because when you said no, I thought you didn't like me anymore. But the only problem here is a bunch of blood-thirsty werewolves. We can so fix that." Zed said with a smile.

Addison and I laughed.

----------------------------------------

"How are you Eliza?" I ask her as I walk towards her, already the next day at school.

"I'm fine, thanks Hope." she answers.

"This is good." I smile.

We see Addison and Zed and go to them.
