George wandered down the hall, making his way next to the door- peaking in.
"Dream..?" He instantly noticed the blonde as sitting in the corner of his room, leaning against the window.
"You alright..?"

Dream glanced over at George before back out the window.
"Sorry- i just wanted to look out the window." He spoke quietly.
"It's very nice."

"What's wrong.." George walked In, closing the door behind him.
"You seem really upset." He spoke softly.

"I am a liar." Dreams gave softened, looking down.
"I'm sorry.. you'll probably not like me for it." He was ashamed..

"About what..?" George tilted his head, making his way next to dream.
"I'm not gonna be upset." What would dream have lied to him about..?

"I'm not a very likeable merman from where I come from.. I'm known as the freak from there... cause I'm a lot different from them" Dream stared out the window, remembering how hated he was.
"Sapnap was my only friend.. my closest friend that liked me for me..and I convinced him to leave with me for a better place."

George rested his hand on dreams thigh, have a soft guilty look for Dream.

"And now.. he thinks I'm a freak too and is gonna leave tomorrow..."  Dream sighed, staring at the ground.
"I can't go back with him... I don't want to leave you- but I don't want to lose my bestfriend." He whimpered, shaking his head.
"And what's worse.. is you probably don't want to be my connection cause I'm a freak."

George carefully hugged Dream.
"I don't think your a freak Dream- sure your different... but your not a freak." He spoke softly, he didn't exactly know how to comfort.
"I never had a friend before until I met you- or well.. saved you."

Dream smiled softly, hugging George back.
"I'm sorry that your kind of stuck with me-" he ruffled George's hair faintly, humming.
"I'm quite.. clingy.."

"It's alright." George hugged Dream, looking up.
"Besides- your technically connected the freak of the town." He chuckled, patting dreams chest.

"I don't think your a freak." Dream shook his head, his smile growing.
"You make me happy!" He felt happy around George.

"How about we talk to Sapnap later and figure things out... I have a heated pool outside and we can relax before you talk to Sapnap..?" George nudged his head, humming softly.
"Plus- I think you'd prefer the bigger space." He wanted what Dream was most comfortable with.

Dream quickly nodded.
"Yeah.. I'd like that." He perked up, he enjoyed being his true self around George... even if he met him about 2 or so days ago.
"I wanna go with you"

"Cmon.. let's go check on Karl." George stood up, holding his hand out for Dream- he felt like there relation was more of a friendly type then romantic, which he didn't mind- as he had no idea his true feelings yet.

He didn't know if Dream liked him or is staying with him because he 'has' to like him... but he felt like it was the first option.

Dream gladly took George's hand, humming.

"we should probably hurry-" George anxiously chuckled- Karl should be back.
"Karl's with Sapnap right now." He let go of dreams hand and made his way towards the door.

Dream nodded, gladly following.

The two travelled down the hall carefully- hearing faint talking.

"Hold on- let me check." George let go of dreams hand, quickly walking cover too the door.
"I'll see what there doing."

Dream nodded, smiling happily.

George carefully peaked in, seeing Karl talking to Sapnap.
"There at least talking..?" He whispered, squinting there eyes.
"Sapnap doesn't seem like he's gonna attack."

Dream peaked from over George, resting his head on the brunettes head.
"Do you think he still is mad at me..?" He whispered.
"Should I go in..?"

George jumped faintly, accidentally hitting under dreams jaw with his head.
"Ow!" He aggressively whispered, grabbing the top of his head.

"OW-"
Dream fell back, accidentally bringing George down with him.
"ACK-" he fell onto the ground- George falling with him.

George gasped, falling right onto dreams chest.
"OUCH-" he landed on top of Dream.

The two stared at one another for a few moments before they bursted out laughing- they thought it was funny.

"What are you guys doing...?" Karl peaked around the door, seeing the two on the floor.
"On the floor....?" He was puzzled.

The two looked up at Karl.

"How capable are you of getting Sapnap to the outdoor pool?" George smiled, chuckling faintly.
"We we're thinking of a.. friendly bonding type thing? So he doesn't hate us.."

Karl looked back at Sapnap before back at them.
"Well- I've been getting somewhere with him.... So- give me like... 30 minutes...?" He spoke quietly.

The two nodded.

"Alright! We will see you out there." George stood up, smiling.
"Have fun!" He waved.
"Cmon Dream"
