I face-palm. Ba’t kasi ako pa ang ginawang spokesperson?
Tinatamad na ba ‘yung dalawa.
Tinawag ko si ate Tracy na nasa kotse at inaayos ang mga gamit.
“Ate may sasabihin ako” panimula ko. Ngiti siyang inakbayan ako.
“Ano ‘yon?” she smiled while asking me, her features are very beautiful and its gracing me with just a single stare.
“Ikaw nalang maging spokesperson, nahihiya ako” aniya ko. She puckered her mouth.
“Ikaw doon Maria, oh by the way Rose sent me a script na sasabihin mo, pwede mong basahin habang nasa stage ka pero huwag mong sanayin ang sarili natin sa gan’on” she give me her phone at nang buksan ko ito nakalagay ito sa script na sinend ng babae.
My heart fluttered by its sentences, she’s really great in words.
“Pero mas maganda kung kakabisaduhin mo na” aniya. “iyo muna ‘yan, basta hindi mo kailangang sanayin ang sarili mo sa ganyan” tumango ako at nagpasalamat.

Pumasok na ako sa Court at inayos ang sarili.
“Nasa cellphone ni Tracy ang script mo, nasabi na niya sa’yo ang gagawin mo” aniya. Tumango ako.

“Good evening for the people of Pampanga! My name is Thraia Rose Sariaya, you might have heard me since I’m an artist and it’s a pleasure to be with you” panimula niya. Her stance is way too amazing.
“Thank you for joining this mini auction. Thanks to someone who let us see the people of the owners, employees, and teenagers who loves to go outside” dagdag niya.
“So, welcome and kindly enjoy yourself with some foods and games that our people will announce for later” she end her speech with a bow on her face.
Everyone admire her, maybe because she’s an artist and marami siyang fans.
I forgot, ako na pala.
I looked at the people with nervous. I looked at Thraia at tumango lang siya.
‘Show your confidence’ she mouthed. I smiled. Nervousness curdled my stomach.
“Ahem” panimula ko. Jusko pwede ba’ng mag back out?
“My name is…” usal ko. I bit my lip. Ayoko nalang magsalita!

“Have confidence” matagal na itong sinasabi sa akin ni ate Tracy. Pati pa nga si kuya sinasabi pa ito.

“Good evening” I stare a little bit at ate’s phone at tumigin sa mga manonood. “it’s an honor to meet you all, my name is Maria Letizia Ackerman from the Ackerman manor, and this is my first time to interact with people” ngiti ko.
Ngumiti rin ang artista sa sinabi ko.

Mayamaya ay napag-isipan ko na lumabas ng court. Sakto pang nakita ko ang isang… tao.
Nakalugay ang buhok nito at may kausap na lalaki.
“Oh Maria nandito ka na pala” ngiti ni Von at tumango ako. He smirked at my stare with him.
Napairap ako at nagtungo sa kotse namin. “look I’m just joking with my smirk” habol niya.
Binilisan ko ang lakad niya dahil baka mamaya ay may gawin itong masama.
But suddenly…
He grip my wrist.
“Nagpaalam ako sa kuya mo, maganda ang sighting ngayon dahil sa buwan” alok niya.
“Weh? Nagpaalam ka ba kay kuya? Proof nga” I raised my left eyebrow.
Binuksan niya ang cellphone niya at pinakita ang conversation nila ni kuya.
“Oh siya tara na!” ngiting alok niya.

I reached the peace that he’s talking about. Punong puno ito ng kuliglig. Hindi kami masyadong malayo sa parking area.
Nasa van kami nina Thraia. She chose to park her van on a peaceful area with a forest behind for her to throw up, na chismis nila.
The sightings of blue, red, yellow, and white stars are shining in a dark night, together with a white, cold moon.
“The moon is beautiful, isn’t it?” ngiti niya at tumigin sa akin, his face is smiling. Ang gwapo niya sa lugay niyang buhok.
Tumango ako. “beautiful indeed” sagot ko.
We talked about the galaxy, we got lost in time and we will never be notified if it wasn’t Rose calling us.
“Kakain na tayo” aniya. Bumaba na kaming dalawa sa pamamagitan ng hagdan sa van na pagmamay-ari ni Rose.
Nagbalik na kami sa court, to see all of our friends smiling at us.
“Wow para kayong couple dyan ah” asar ni Kathleen na nag-iinom pa ng… Kakaibang kulay ng tubig.
Wala namang tsaa rito or softdrinks.
“Kath puro ka alak dyan, pero by the way arat shot” gatong pa ni Ellen at iniinom ang alak.
“Tara tara” Kathleen smirked. Von’s brother served him a wine pero tumutol ang lalaki.
“Pineapple juice sa amin ni Maria kuya” aniya, bumalik ito at pagdating niya ang may dala dala itong dalawang baso na sa tingin ko ay ito ang sinasabi niyang pineapple juice.
Tumingin muli sa akin si Von, at bumagal ang oras. The lights are still shining but in a slow pace.
The motion of the people are moving slower, the stares of two drunken ladies are still on us.
I stare at him, his smile gracing his features and only one thing I could find out…
