Inside Job?

There is a person from past chapters and one new one.  More POV changes so just keep on the watch.  This chapter is much longer so the rest will be posted as soon as I can.  My dog keeps curling up with my hand.  But you will learn where Ar'rie gets her it's all about me attitude.  

Ar'rie: Yeah, it was me!  I hated that human she took everything from me!   Well, not everything because I always got what I wanted, and this little horrible creature will not have him.  I will do everything in my power to get him back.  My father had a book he talked about that listed people that could get any job done quick and easy with very few questions.  I needed to find that damn book and it had to be before they could have a ceremony done.  Well, I guess I could wait until after because once she died, they'd need to find someone new.  Not that I wanted them all at first.  My friends were to be with the others.  But the idea of having more power than as just K'rock's mate sounded awesome.  I was not a fan of how G'quan was his color did not compliment mine.  

     My father was away at a meeting on another planet.  So, I told his security I wanted to have his office redone as a surprise while he was gone, and we needed to move his furniture around.  I got to work packing up books and such.  Checking all the books and looking for hidden compartments in his desk.  Checking all kinds of places.  Upon moving the picture of me on his wall I found a safe.  I know all his codes he has a habit of writing them down 'just in-case' all I need to do is find where they are.  But this is a picture of me, and I am his favorite anything so my birthdate would be it right?  I enter the date and it pops open.  I smile knowing my father loves me more than my mother.  

As I open the safe, I see lots of money and a large red book.  The book has a title 'Getting things done' I open it up and next to what you want done like 'files to disappear, files that disappeared, people that have disappeared, items that need to be sold, items that went missing and people to disappear'.  There are names and numbers next to each and some say 'retired, expired, jailed and in business.  Under people to disappear I look through them and see a few that work together one of them work in the same building as K'rock.  Hi name is Sha'lav It will take some time to get this to work but I will wait.

Well, after about a week of awaiting I get a response and it is a bit cryptic to say the least.  I get a letter saying 'Will help.  The item is mine!  Will give itinerary in time.'  What does all that mean?  I get they will help, and they want the item.  Which is her.  Why the fuck does everyone want her she's just human and with that hair no thank you.  But itinerary what do they mean?  Like plans on showers?  Or wait traveling I get it.  So right now, I get to sit and wait I hate waiting.  How long will it take?  I want them and I will not wait too long.  Maybe they should just kill her so it will be quicker to me taking her place?  Maybe I should send a message regarding this?  Maybe my dad will make them see things my way?   My father could use the whole business thing.

I have been trying to find things to do to keep myself busy.  I have been getting involved with things that would make me look good to others.  It will look like I have moved on and that I am too good to be involved with the situation.  That maybe I am too busy to be plotting anything.  If I learned anything from my father, it's to look too innocent.  When I arrive at a charity function, I get a call from an anonymous source.  'There are a few outings that are planned.  We have a time.  3 days from today.  Look busy.'  I am so happy there is a smile that seems to crack my face.

"Ar'rie you look eminently happy.  Almost glowing."  A smiling journalist says as she looks at me.  I smile and say helping those less fortunate always makes me happy.  I see the look on her face, and I can tell she does not believe me.  I know this for I am not known for being charitable at all.  I turn to face her fully "I have learned that I am not a great person always and I am trying to turn over a new crhoe.  And I have noticed it does make me happy to see others benefit from my work."  I smile inside even brighter thinking wow I actually sound like a nice person, but I will never let anyone push me to be nice.  If you want something go and get it.  Don't let anything hold you back right or wrong.  If you want it and can get it take it.  The other person obviously did not want whatever it is bad enough to keep it.
