RUSSIAN ROULETTE
Russian Roulette is the niece of the boss of Hotel Moscow and second in command. Her real name is Dominika Pavlovna; mostly, her friends use that name in her presence. She was brought up by her aunt, Sofiya Pavalovna, as her parents were killed when she was a small child though they weren't that far apart in age, only ten years.

BACKGROUND Before joining the mafia, Dominika was a private in the Soviet Army, Vozdushno-Desantnye Vojska' (translate from Russian: air assault troops), also known as the VDV, paratrooper and a veteran of the Soviet war in Afghanistan. A fine marksman and fighter, she received the nickname "Russian Roulette" from her surviving opponents from the game she would play with them. Dominika can be easily identified by the tattoos and lip piercing along with the burn marks that scar from the left side of her neck to her stomach, which she sustained in an illegal international operation. In April 1986, while on an illegal international operation outside of Soviet territory, the first of Dominika's missions with her aunt, she and the unit saved a child in a refugee camp. Dominika was poorly injured, having been burned from her neck to the bottom of her stomach. The media recorded the event that led to the "Voluntary Discharge" of Balalaika and her unit, promptly deserting the Soviets' forces. Dominika arrived in Roanupur with her aunt in 1993, now a prominent member of the Russian mafia, which led to a large-scale conflict with the already-established Triads under Chang's leadership. Rather than destroy the city, peace was brokered between the rival criminal organisations by Dutch. After meeting Dutch, she asked to join the Lagoon Compan along with Revy and Benny, getting along with the woman. Dominika works for both Hotel Moscow and the Lagoon Company.
APPEARANCE Dominika is a beautiful and slender pale-skilled woman who appears to be in her early twenties with highly long blond hair that reaches her thighs where it is curly at the end with bangs swept to the right side, blue eyes that appear to have slit-like pupils, dark pink lips. She has tattoos sleeves of both arms with skulls and flowers; she also has a tattoo on her right ribcage of flying birds. Her latest tattoo is on the base of her back of two magpies. Dominika's bottom lip is pierced on both sides, and she has several piercings on both her ears. Dominika usually wears red or black pantsuits while working at Hotel Moscow and Lagoon Company.

PERSONALITY Dominika is a little too cocky and smug with her high intellect; she always has some sarcastic and witty comeback. Balalaika thinks of her niece as childish and can quickly get angry, but she knows Dominika can be slyly strategic in battle, as they had fought together before leaving for Roanupur. Rock sees another side to Dominika, the kind and caring side when with those she calls her friends and family; he even sees her as loving, but only towards him. However, he sees Dominika in another light when she's fighting, as she comes off as slightly sadistic and argumentative with her short temper.
