APPEARANCE Drucilla has a slender physique, soft skin, and green eyes. She has shoulder-length blond hair that she puts in different hairstyles. Her face shows some signs of naivety and displays elegance. She is more muscular than most women due to her harsh training as a child. She is older than her appearance would show, as her Devil Fruit slows her external ageing, making her look younger. Drucilla has many tattoos on her upper body, the word 'BLESSED' spelt out on her knuckles; she also has the Heart Pirates flag tattooed on her right shoulder blade; it was her first tattoo along with Law. She has a flower half sleeve tattoo on her right lower arm with a few over that; she has a globe of the world tattooed on her right elbow. When not around patients, Drucilla can be pretty sarcastic and always has a witty comeback and always speaks her mind, even with patients. However, they find it refreshing due to her optimistic opinions. During surgery, Drucilla is calm and collected with her mind at work as she solves problems as they happen with a level head and doesn't take losing a patient very well as she tries to find another way to save them, showing her stubbornness. Drucilla is a crafty woman, using an underhanded way of getting around obstacles with her high intellect, coming up with sneaky plans to ensure her father's downfall.
