PERSONALITY Fleur has to be calm and collected as a teacher in a high school, but she can be firm with her students and has a kind ear that will listen to their problems. She comes up with bold new ideas for her department and always sticks to her guns, even against Snider or anyone higher than her, which some of them respect more than others. Fleur is a bubbly woman, always with a smile on her friendly face, never having a bad word to say about others. She's a confident woman with an honest streak that Buffy hates as she always tells people what Fleur's thinking, though Fleur tries not to be too open as she hid her feelings for Rupert for some time. Fleur has a high IQ as she finished high school at 16 before heading to college and going into teaching, and she uses her intellect to fire off witty comments and comebacks to others she finds disrespectful or rude to those she likes.
POWERS AND ABILITIES Soul Taking: Fleur being half Soul Snatcher has the power to take souls from those that are recently deceased and can store them within a box that she carries around her and can place them into an animate object; Fleur puts them into the dolls she creates. Second Chance: Before the soul leaves the body, Fleur assesses the deceased's soul and can either take the soul or return the soul, giving the person a second chance at life. Toymaking: Since she was a child, Fleur has loved toys; she made her first one when Fleur was ten and made more as the years went on; she even gave a few to her sisters. Marksman: After being attacked by a demon one night after she left home, she bought a gun and decided to get lessons; Fleur's a good marksman now; she barely misses her target.
APPEARANCE Fleur is a beautiful young woman with dark brown hair that reaches below her shoulders, though she mostly has it up. She has gorgeous green eyes and, much to her mother's horror, a coloured ink half-sleeve tattoo on her right upper arm of a galaxy and a silhouette of a woman.

RELATIONSHIPS Fleur arrived in town and met Rupert Giles; before him, she didn't have any relationship as she was focused on school before she decided to move with her sister and mother. When she met the school librarian, she was a little nervous, but once they both realised they knew about the Supernatural, they began talking more. Their relationship became more friendly but grew over time. They began dating and later got married before they left Sunnydale. Fleur was happy in their relationship, never with anyone before, and they now have a beautiful baby girl, Cecelia Giles.
TRIVIA - Fleur doesn't know who her father is, neither does Joyce, as it was a "night of fun", and they never exchanged details, but Joyce was happy to get a fantastic daughter out of it. - Fleur and her adopted father, Hank, don't always get along but try for Buffy and Dawn. - Rupert wrote Fleur a poem after their first date, after learning her love of poetry. - Fleur gave away some of her Soul Toys and others she's kept. When Buffy was younger, they gave her nightmares. - Fleur was saving up to buy a 1963 Buick Wildcat. - Fleur has a game when she grades papers.
