EARLY HISTORY
Sofia was born in Mexico City, Mexico, to Irene and Raul Ramarez, who unfortunately died in a car crash when she was 4, sending her to an Orphanage. A lovely family fostered Sofia for three years. Still, she was kicked out after accidentally killing her foster Brother as she pushed him into oncoming traffic in a fit of anger. At age 7, Sofia lived on the streets, had her first full moon, and met Marco Alexander Medina, who took her under his wing and started the Forsaken Pack. Over time, the Pack grew, becoming a makeshift family. Marco died when Sofia was 13 during a Pack rival dispute and told her of his dream to get out of Mexico. Sofia got everyone out, leaving for California, San Diego, where they settled down for the better in the desert, making homes for themselves. Sofia started school with some of the others and learned she was a Polymath and Graduated with the highest honours. Sofia worked at a car repair shop, finding her passion for mechanics and engineering. She went to the University of California to study Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics and Mathematics, getting Ph.D.s in Mechanical Engineering and Mathematics and a bachelor's degree in auto mechanics. Sofia later met Hayley Marshall in South Carolina when the Pack moved because they were found out. They stayed in the Appalachian Mountains till Atticus Shane appeared, and Sofia remembered the stories she had heard at the orphanage and Marco's dream. Sofia later arrived in Mystic Falls after Hayley, whom she saw as a young Sister, and she asked about Silas and met the Immortal, wanting to become one. She later left Mystic Falls after completing her mission, becoming an Immortal. Jeremy tried to stop her, and she killed his ghost before leaving the small town. Sofia learnt of one of her Pack members being taken by some shady people. She hunted them down, went inside as a soldier working for Mr Henry van Statten, and freed her family before meeting the Doctor.
