Immediately following the conclusion of the Sports Festival, Katooni met up with her fellow Jedi Initiates outside the stadium. They were all still processing the events of the Sports Festival.

Ganodi: So the Sports Festival is really over....wow. That was...something else.

Zatt: You could say that again. I wonder how we did?

Petro: I'm sure we impressed everyone!

As Petro said this, Class 001 turned around to see Class 002 approaching them. At this point, the two rival Jedi Classes stared at one another. After a moment of uneasy silence, Kalifa spoke.

Kalifa: Congratulations, Katooni. We underestimated you.

Katooni: You fought well in the tournament, Kalifa. You all did.

Katooni then approached Kalifa and extended her hand out to Kalifa. Kalifa then shakes Katooni's hand, effectively ending the rivalry between the two classes.

Kalifa: May the Force be with you and your class, Katooni.

Katooni: Likewise, Kalifa. May the Force be with you.

With that, Class 002 left. After a moment, Class 001 began making their way back to the Jedi Academy. The results of the Sports Festival was still on their minds.

Byph: So what now?

Zatt: Classes don't start until tomorrow morning. Maybe we should take the time to wind down. We did just complete the Sports Festival..

Gungi: <All that fighting has made me tired. I'm still sore from my last match. Maybe some rest is good for us.>

With that, decided to rest for the day. When they reach the Jedi Academy, they went straight to their dorms. Most of them were able to fall fast asleep with the exception of Katooni and Petro. They soon began to talk about the current situation of their fellow Jedi.

Katooni: Hard to believe we've made it this far considering what we've been through.

Petro: You're not wrong, Katooni. But we made it.

Katooni: Our Clan has come a long way since the Gathering.

Petro chuckled as he reminisces about the Gathering. He remembered how he learned the value of selflessness. His trials at the Gathering allowed him to grow not only as a Jedi, but as a person.

Petro: Guess we really have come a long way, haven't we? You won the Sports Festival. What're the odds of that?

The irony wasn't lost on Katooni that what she won the Sports Festival on the Jedi Academy's side. She did not believe that she would've made it that far.

Katooni: Petro? Do you really think I could be the leader of our class?

Petro: What kind of question is that? Of course you are!

Katooni: How many times have you taken charge when things got tough for us?

Petro: I might be good with a Lightsaber, but I'm far from leader material. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to lead our little class, but that wasn't the will of the Force. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure it was the will of the Force that you became our leader.

Upon hearing this, Katooni was in shock. She didn't think she'd get that kind of response from Petro. She took a moment to collect her thoughts.

Katooni: I....I don't know what to say.

Petro: I'd follow you to hell and back. I'm pretty sure our class would've fallen apart if it wasn't for you guiding us the right path. Though I did help in that, but who's keeping track?

Katooni chucked at Petro's response. Without warning, Katooni hugged him. Petro was caught off guard by this.

Katooni: Thanks Petro. That means a lot.

Petro returned the hug.

Petro: No problem, Katooni. We should probably rest up. We wouldn't want to pass out during class. With that, Katooni and Petro went to sleep to prepare themselves for the next day. Katooni's confidence had been boosted thanks to Petro. She rested, fully prepared to lead her class to the best of her abilities. Meanwhile in the Sith Compound, Darth Krayt watched the end of the Sports Festival with great interest. His interest mainly fell on Katooni. In Katooni, he saw a potential apprentice. He remembered her strong connection to the Force from their encounter during the USJ attack. As Darth Krayt pondered on this, Darth Wyyrlok along with Darth Nihil and Darth Talon entered his chambers.

Darth Wyyrlok: My lord.

Darth Krayt: This Katooni girl....she is strong in the Force. If she could be turned, she could be a powerful ally in our fight against the Jedi.

Darth Wyyrlok: Do you think she would turn, my lord?

Darth Krayt: When I battled her at the USJ Facility, her mind was sharp and her skills were formidable. But I sensed doubt in her mind. I sensed fear. Fear is a path to the Dark Side. I will use that fear to turn her to the Dark Side. We will wait until the time is right to strike. And then....the fall of the Jedi will be at hand. We take what we desire because we can. We can because we have power. We have power because we are Sith.

Darth Wyyrlok: We will prepare our forces for when you feel the time is right to strike.

With that, Darth Wyyrlok along with Darth Nihil and Darth Talon left Darth Krayt's chambers to prepare to follow Darth Krayt's plans. As for Darth Krayt, he meditated. Pondering on the events to come, the Sports Festival showed him the strength of both the Jedi Academy and UA. As Darth Wyyrlok, Darth Nihil and Darth Talon left the room, Darth Krayt's interest in Katooni grew. He saw potential in the young Jedi. He saw someone who could be a valuable asset to the Sith. For now, all Darth Krayt could do was wait until an opportunity presented itself.
